Great service and very helpfull, bob stayed at the practice on his afternoon off to refit my bridge ,above and beyond normal duties. All the staff at the practice have been very helpfull and friendly
From arriving at reception where I was greeted happily they are always so friendly . To walking into the dentists room where Bob and Fay put me at ease . As far as I can remember that is the first tooth I’ve had removed in adult hood . Having had an infection which caused an abscess a few weeks ago I was happy for the tooth to come out . But was a bit apprehensive. Bob soon put all my anxieties to one side . The tooth was removed and came out in one piece . So all was good . Thankyou

Had to wait several days for an appointment for severe toothache which was initially disappointing but Bob checked thoroughly and was able to agree with my suspicions that the trouble was likely due to side effects of a new medication. He agreed to provide feedback to my GP practice and report the suspected side effect to the NHS. Thank you Bob and the team.

I have been attending Tickhill for a few years now. Initially I just Deana for hygienist services and she is amazing, so thorough and takes the time to share tips and advice. More recently I started to see Bob as my dentist who has been brilliant. I also wanted to say that nothing it too much trouble for Sally who has always been so welcoming.
