Went here for the first time. I normally go Golden scissors on small brook Queensbury but they been letting me down recently. Here I experienced great service, offered tea or coffee. Barber was great and very professional. 5 star
Had a terrible haircut this morning from the barber. Rushed through the haircut despite it being fairly quiet and then didn't show me the back of the cut. Naively I didn't think much of it as the front looked passable but when I got home I was shocked to see the back had been so poorly faded like he hasn't even bothered. I understand it's a £14 haircut but there is no care or pride in their work here.Ai won't be attendingthisv barbers again because there are a few working there who are just lazy scammers trying to rush through customers.
Awful service awful haircut! When the great lummox of a barber called me over, there was still hair in the seat that he didn’t bother to broom away, when I sat down he didn’t ask me what I wanted he just said “how short”, I asked for at shortest a 3 on the back and sides, he completely ignored this and practically shaved all the hair off on the sides and the back of my head. After he finished committing the atrocities in my hair, he dumped some texture powder on my head and said “style it how you want.” Perhaps you should retrain your employees. Edit: while I never got the barbers name, his “station”, if you could call it that was second from the front of the shop, he finished my “haircut” around 17:07pm.
One of the worst and most painful haircuts I've ever had. Trimmers and foils were blunt so they kept ripping out hair, barber was rough and made all my head and neck red and sore (the older barber with curly hair and a beard). Cut is uneven. Ended up shaving it all off. Unprofessional amateurs. To the reply saying I'm mistaken and "it's intended for a different barber", no it's not, I've added the screenshot of the bank charge from today, 11th June.
So I use to go to my local barbers near to where I live, after so many years been comming to Turkish scissors on hagley road Birmingham next to the Morrisons geunily speaking the best barbers my experience the best experience every single time I go their my barber Julian just knows what I want how I want and always giving me tips if needed not just my barber Julian but all the staff are excellent as soon as you walk in you’ll be offered tea or coffee and the teas n coffee is not your average tea or coffee if also your waiting for too long due how busy it is they’ll steam your face whiskey waiting this barbers just the best experience as well as your haircut you’ll get and you won’t get that anywhere else
I'm a regular and see Amin, really good barber 10/10 service, he's had me coming every week for the past 14 months.
I’ve been there many times, there are only a couple good barbers there, the rest always cut it too short. last time i went i asked for a medium skin fade for a fringe which came down to my eyebrows, and the guy cut my hair to like an inch at the top of the sides and an inch and a half on top so the fringe looks so bulky compared to the rest of my head. no “style” at all.
I called them beforehand to ask if they can do curly hair and they "yes we can", but when i went in the barber and showed them the hairstyle i want they immediately said they cant do curly hair.....if u cant do curly why did u tell me on the phone u can. And how are u a barber and u can't even do basic curly hair.
Ahmed is an amazing barber, very impressive and efficient. The Turkish coffee and tea are also very good
First time I been this barber shop with my boyfriend in Birmingham, there are in different levels!! They offered tea and coffee also he has best haircut! Another good thing is free car park! I do recommend this place to everyone!!
