Well I've been coming to the practice for 18 months and the dentist I've been seeing is good very efficient. Small talk is limited, but I'm there for treatment not a reunion. He always checks I'm ok whilst he's doing anything.I've had 2 fillings and both are good 1 year later.

I got an appointment for an examination as I need an extraction. I was told that because I suffer badly with anxiety they could refer me to another dentist for sedation. I went into the room and the Dentist had a terrible attitude from the start. I tried to make conversation and it was met with silence. I sat in the chair and he proceeded to say things like "What are you expecting from this?" "I don't know what you want me to do" "You're putting me in an awkward position" and then when I said the lady at the desk told me I could be referred out he said "Well I don't know why she's told you that" and he just had a terrible attitude overall and made me feel stupid so I said "forget it" and just walked out. One of the worst dental experiences I've ever had. Will never go back there again.

Went in for an emergency appointment for an issue that arose after a filling 2 days prior at the practice and the dentist i had to see (as my usual dentist was not in) was abysmal. Rude, dismissive, curt and did not answer questions or worries about my issue, only wanted to rush me out. Very poor treatment, will be seeking another practice in the future

I’ve contemplated leaving a review for a few years now about this practise but ultimately I need to share that this is by far the worst dentistry care I have experienced. I came in around 5 years ago for reconstructive work after a traumatic accident that cracked my front 2 teeth. The dentist was unkind, rushed and sloppy. He left my teeth with smeared wonky and uneven composite bonding for weeks which had me leaving the practise in tears after he refused to neaten them stating ‘the crowns will look better, you’ll just have to wait for them, composite never looks good.’ The crown that was fitted was poorly sized, poorly fitted and of awful quality, the work done was so dire that it has resulted in costing me over 4 thousand pounds of private work to correct. Please considering the risk before being a patient at this practise. The work done here has resulted in years of wrecked self confidence due to sloppy cheap and careless work.

By far the best dental experience I've had to date. Proficient and took good care of me throughout. Robert & Ramona make a great team, checking in to see if I was okay during procedures. I was absolutely dreading the 4 fillings, and 3 injections, but they used numbing gel and I hardly felt a thing! Miracle workers. I highly recommend. Thank you both.

This dental practice is absolutely shocking. Been twice now and both times I've had to go and pay private afterwards and get sorted properly. Only reason I've gone back for a second time is because I was desperate in pain but i won't be going back again. The dentist's attitude and the way he speaks to you is awful. Would definitely avoid

It used to be a 5 star dentists but not now my previous dentist moved to a different surgery! Went for a filling repair and issues with sensitivity on a filling they did a month before, had an appointment but was made to wait an hour to be seen then told would have to go to Doncaster hospital for a full mouth xray as they don't have a machine any more, and after 1 hour 45 minutes in and out of the waiting room and the dentists room the filling wasn't repaired advised only bothered about the sensitive tooth!, then when tried to book a follow up appointment told would be over a month to be seen again. They appear to be trying to fit in as many patients as possible and rushing treatments. I will be going elsewhere not impressed at all.

I've been going here for over 30 years and the service has got better and better. I have a lovely dentist who is cheerful, friendly and puts you at ease. The practice is going through some modernisation and moving to a computer based system. It's fairly easy to get an appointment - what more could ask for?
