   Just recently ive experienced some terrible treatment by ancillary staff. Same as person regarding dispensary standarding there and ignored. I asked for batteries for a BM machine and I was told "its nothing to do with us go to the hospital" I have complained to the practice manager in writing to get a response suggesting I was fortunate to even have a practice that offers this service. If the practice manager dismisses your issues is it any wonder tge ancillary staff get away with poor attitudes.

   Disappointed ☹️ I usually find everyone at the practice extremely helpful and pleasant however I have just picked up my medication and was made to feel like a total inconvenience. The girl was on the computer which I totally understand there is work to do on there, after standing there a good while I said excuse could I possibly pick up my medication. No smile, no thanks no nothing -NOT GOOD

   Lovely doctors, nurses, pharmacy staff and all the other staff always polite,friendly and helpful. My only concern is I don't feel there's enough privacy at the reception or pharmacy window and sometimes feel uncomfortable when people can hear what's I'm discussing.

   I applied for life insurance in August 2024, but nearly three months later, Tuxford Medical Centre has still not provided my medical records to my insurer, despite repeated requests from both myself and my insurance company. This delay has left me unable to secure life insurance at a critical time, as I'm expecting the birth of my child in just a few weeks. The lack of responsiveness and support from the practice has been incredibly disappointing. I expected a better service, especially when it is just providing my medical records.

   Basically Dr Harris saved my life, after testing my urine sample he knew I had sepsis, when I got to A&E. They told me " they didn't understand how he can possibly tell just by a sample?".... Well Dr. Harris was spot on wasn't he?? , and not only that, if we had waited another hour to call the ambulance I wouldn't be he today , it's as simple as that. So thank you so much... He even phoned me up at 6.45pm one night when I came out of hospital to check I was ok... Now that is a caring GP...

   I had my bloods taken by Kerry, and I can say she is the best at it I have ever had, I have always had trouble getting blood out of my arms, so it's been the back of my hand for it, I honestly didn't feel a thing , in fact I was so surprised to see her " collecting my blood" , all done 1st time, no prodding or poking , just straight in , job done... She also has a fantastic sense of humour .. a great person to have on the team

   Please can I say a very big thank you to the outstanding nurse who coached my Foster teenager to giving blood on Monday 2nd December! She was very kind and caring with lots of patients. My foster child went very pale and refused until the nurse sprinkled her magic. Thank you so much! You were definitely meant to be a nurse. Tuxford Medical Centre appears to have amazing Doctors and Staff, and that wonderful new receptionist who really cares and wants to help! Well done Tuxford for keeping up with the times Ask my GP is very quick and easy! And you actually speak to a Doctor came day.
