   Do not invest in the dental plan. You pay monthly but your not able to accrue your appts. I had paid an additional 4 months of £30 since my last appt and was entitled to a clean and a check but because ive cancelled my direct debit (because its gone up) ive been told I have to pay £144 for a check up despite paying for 4 months already. Really disappointing.

   Excellent dental practice. I contacted Precision for teeth straightening and whitening treatments. From the first contact, the Precision team were professional, considerate and really listened to what I wanted to achieve through treatment. Throughout the initial consultation Dr Stephen Ball took scans and pictures and discussed the options available, best case scenarios and worst case scenarios. I opted for the clear aligners and was quickly scanned and fitted - with attachments to help the alignment process. There was strict instruction on the duration of wear of the aligners - 22 hours per day. This is a challenge, but worth remembering what your final outcome is. The first couple of months, I had regular check ups to ensure everything was on track as expected. When there was a slight issue with tracking, Dr Ball was available to discuss this and appointments made for new adjustment scans, new attachments added and a slightly altered program. From there, regular check ups ensured everything went according to plan, and after a total of 8 months, my teeth have never looked better: they are straight, composite bonding has made them level and the whitening treatment has brightened my teeth beautifully. I now have a smile that I am confident and happy to show off. I am delighted with my final results and cannot thank Dr Ball and his team enough. I would absolutely recommend the practice and Dr Ball for any dentistry work being considered. Should I require anything further, I will not hesitate to use this practice again.

   I highly recommend Precision Dental! After trying various over-the-counter teeth whitening products with little success, I decided to try Precision Dental's professional teeth whitening program. The process was impressively tailored — Precision Dental took a detailed scan of my teeth to create custom-fitted trays that fit perfectly. These trays are worn overnight, and within less than two weeks, the results were outstanding, far exceeding my expectations. The discoloration and staining had completely disappeared. If you're considering teeth whitening, forget the over-the-counter products and go straight to Precision Dental.

   After years of bad experiences and bad dental work I decided to give Precision Dental a try and let me say, they didn’t disappoint. After a first check up with Stephen and Beth I knew instantly I was in safe hands and that I’d be carrying out my treatment here. I needed a ton of work doing but with their help setting me up a treatment plan it was all left down to me with not pressure at all to book in when I was ready. I was able to spread my appointments out to suite me with no pressure which made it easier and better knowing the fact my payments would be spread out too. After just finishing all my treatments I couldn’t be happier with my teeth and I can now smile with confidence. Thanks again Stephen and Beth and all staff at Precision it really was the best choice I even made coming to you guys :)

   I recently had 2 implants at this clinic and I can honestly say the whole procedure from start to finish was brilliant. Dr Ball and his staff are the consummate professionals. Every step prior and during the procedure was explained in great detail. Would I recommend them ? Yes . Would I return if the need arose ? Yes. If your wanting implants but are nervous about the procedure just visit the precision team I’m sure they’ll put your mind at rest.

   I am shocked to learn a horrendous review was left with my account details and - although it has now been removed - I wish to leave a real review. Dr Ball was the first orthondist I visited regarding straightening my teeth. I was so put at ease I didn't bother visiting another. The practice is so welcoming and Dr Ball is personable and an expert in his field. My treatment went well and with regular visits Dr Ball and his colleagues ensured a smooth journey. Nearly 5 years later my teeth are still straight and Im glad I made the decision to have the Invisalign treatment. It was discrete, comfortable and a wise investment. If you're considering treatment I'd advise you to go for it. You won't regret it!

   I was very insecure about my smile and decided to book a consultation with Dr Ball. He recommended composite bonding and then the journey began! I was quite worried at first as I hadn’t been to see a dentist for years but as soon as I arrived, I was made to feel very welcome by the friendly and bubbly team! For anybody worrying about COVID, the staff follow very strict safety measures so it is a safe environment. Everything I paid for was decided by me and no pressure was put on me by Dr Ball or any of his staff, I underwent teeth whitening first and then I had my bonding complete. The procedure was very smooth and professional and now I have the perfect smile. I’m extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend to anyone! Big thank you to the team for my wonderful new teeth!
