The payment can be split, and the receipt and appointment are emailed through with password protection, as are the results, I also opted to have the results posted so I'd have a hard copy too. Even though I knew my test would be negative, to see that in writing infront of me was worth every penny, having been forced into this position by a rubbish testing system at my work place.
