I have been to alot of barbers in my time even some really expensive ones Mailbox etc . But J has been cutting my hair now for 2 years and my Son is Autisic and even . He listens understands and takes time to get it right . Perfect barber perfect gentleman
asked for a low taper fade, took only about 20-30 minutes, he listened very well and actually understood what I was trying to say, he asked questions so i could choose how exactly i would like my hair cut. was a very friendly atmosphere, he got the whole room in a conversation and it was a very pleasant experience
I had a haircut here today, and honestly, it was the worst experience I've ever had. The entire process was rushed and finished in just 15 minutes, as the barber was busy chatting with someone else in the shop. He didn’t even use a shaving set to shape the borders, claiming it wasn’t necessary because it was a "skin fade." However, I can still feel the hair with my hands, which clearly shows it wasn’t a proper skin fade. I’ll now have to wait for my hair to grow out a bit to get it properly shaped. I specifically asked for a skin fade, but he gave me a level 1 cut and tried to convince me it was a 0. Absolutely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great haircuts and sound lad. He was brilliant with our 5 year old, who last time he went to a barbers was terrified of the experience. My lad came out all smiley and asking when we're going back as he can't wait.
Came here on recommendation, and it did not disappoint. My hair is particularly awkward to cut and style, and the barber did a fantastic job. His attention to detail on my beard was amazing, and I knew straight away that I'll be coming back soon. Can't recommend this place enough, the guy who cut my hair was such a pleasure to talk to as he made me feel like I'd been coming here for years. Great job.
10/10 for me. New shop but experienced barber. No doubt, J is the best and most consistent barber in the UK. He takes bookings which saves me so much time. Not only is his technique immaculate, the experience is great. The barbershop is very comforting and J always engages in a good conversation.
J cuts I have been using him for a long time, never disappoints. Skin fade came fresh the shop is very modern and welcoming as-well as the barber himself. Haircut was on point as-well as the customer satisfaction, definitely would recommend.
