Nice to have a price list in the front window, unlike the many newcomers in Rubery, who seem coy about their prices! (Possibly about being too expensive!?) I have been going there for year's as they just clip away, with out talking!...
Mandy is pleasant, polite and very good at her job with the minimum of fuss. She's efficiently quick without it affecting the quality of cut. Amid the rapid growth of barber shops on our High Street, I always opt for Topcut when her promises are open

You are always assured of a warm welcome. The staff ate professional but affable. The price is very competetive it can be as busy as two or three customers at times, but if you need a haircut for a particular occasion it is better to secure this with an appointment
They were a bunch of lovely ladies who took their time to do a proper job. Price was cheap too. Was seen as soon as I walked in which was nice and was done and dusted in 5 minutes. Didn't even know it was there at first. I've walked past it a million times, will defiantly go here again especially for the price. Can't complain really.
Great friendly place for your haircut. Lovely staff. No need to book in advance, but of course you can if you wish.. My go to only !! Give them a try.....
Been going there since I was kid. Always fit you in and do a great job for a normal price! No groups of kids hanging around like other barbers locally. Really is a top cut!
