   Ive just completed my journey of having implants across my front 4 teeth. Dimitri and Nicole have been amazing throughout. They’ve shown compassion and understanding at all times. The temporary bridge I had fitted while the implants healed was good but the final result is excellent. They perfectly match my own teeth and I can smile with confidence again. Thank you to everyone involved from Emma’s referral, to the labs, to the end result. I will definitely return for more work!

   This was my second visit to Nicole for dermal fillers, I was so amazed by the results of my first visit, I had a different area of my face done, everyone has commented on the difference.    After a little bumpy start at this practice I am now an extremely happy patient. William Tighe my Dentist at the practice is fabulous. He has patience, grace and is very nice natured Dentist. He takes time to engage with you and prepares you well in what he is proposing for treatment. Top Dentist! The ladies, on reception are always helpful and understanding. They are always quick to answer your call and any queries I might have. Special thanks to Amy the practice manager for her “can do” attitude in making it possible to have William as my Dentist! I would definitely recommend this Practice!

   I just wanted to thank Emma, and the dental nurse in attendance, for showing me such kindness and patience at my recent appointment to have 2 teeth extracted, an appointment that I had been dreading for weeks. I was made to feel as comfortable as was possible in such a situation, my fears (I was a complete baby!!) were discussed and taken into account and dealt with in a really sympathetic way. When it came to the actual extraction it was quick and completely painless!! Nothing like I thought it would be. I can’t thank Emma enough for how I was treated throughout the whole process.

   For the last few years I have been worrying about a dead and broken front tooth which I was concerned would one day break off completely. My dentist referred me to the implant centre of this practice and despite feeling a little daunted, I decided to go for a Titanium implant to replace my own tooth. I needn't have worried! The team were very calm, professional and caring. The environment is first class, being clean, spacious and welcoming (and importantly for long treatment sessions, the chair is very comfortable!). I felt that nothing was too much trouble and the clinical care was exemplary. My dentist Dimitri and his nurse Rachael were knowledgeable, efficient and inspired confidence at each treatment session, but the whole practice team throughout the process, were helpful, caring and could answer any questions. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.

   They always try to get you an emergency appointment straight away. I have recently been seen a number of times in an emergency. I usually see William and his dental nurse who are great. However, on the last couple of emergency appointments I’ve been seen by Sima and Nicole. They were so welcoming and reassured me every step of the way. I can’t thank all the staff enough for all their care and attention. I am certainly not an easy patient to deal with. Nervous is an understatement, but they always make me feel at ease.
