Dr. Usama Ahmed is really professional, kind, polite, and great at talking to people. They explained my dental treatment really well and taught me a lot about keeping my mouth healthy.    My teenage son had his first filling today. Dr Ahmed explained every step of the process before starting, he regularly checked-in and gave clear instructions. He also speaks nicely to his assistant nurse (always a good sign!). He spent time making sure my son was happy with the texture and feeling of the new filling. He's a really good and knowledgeable dentist, strong recommend!

As an adult, I never thought I’d be able to get orthodontic treatment again, but Sophie took the time to really listen, explain my options clearly, and arranged a referral that made it all possible.    Lovely, friendly and super helpful receptionists, very communicative, kept me up to date, called to remind me of my appointment. Premises are clean and comfortable, spacious reception area. Dentist was lovely and explained anything I wanted to know. An all-round excellent experience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.

   I took my son here for emergency dental treatment. It was easy to find my sat nav took me straight to the door. Parking is a little more problematic. There is on street parking further along the road but it is busy and can be hard to find a slot. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Waiting time was about 10 minutes and we waited in an upstairs waiting room. The dentist my son saw was a lovely lady she was very efficient and had a good approach because he was nervous. I would definitely recommend this practice.
