Yesterday, I had my wisdom tooth removed by Shawn Faizi, and the whole experience was fantastic. The procedure was quick, precise, and completely sterile — you could really feel the doctor’s professionalism at every step. Dr. Faizi carefully explained the process, gave clear aftercare instructions, and was very attentive and friendly, which made me feel calm and confident throughout. Even on the first day after the extraction, I felt great — there was no swelling or discomfort, and recovery was smooth. I also want to thank Yulia at the reception. She was polite, helpful, and explained everything clearly during the consultation, which made the whole experience even smoother. Overall, an excellent experience — the team is professional, caring, and well-organized. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for attentive and expert dental care.
* Really helpful in getting me an appointment when I needed one. *Fully sticking to COVID-safe guidelines and advice. *Polite and helpful reception worker. *Dr. Nikolay ensured I knew what was going on and which parts of my mouth he was referring to at all times - was able to refer me to orthodontists who could help me. * The dental nurse, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, went the extra mile in supplying me with toothpaste samples for the recommended toothpaste, and advice on how to treat wisdom teeth pain. 5 stars!
I was a bit worried about visiting as it had been a loooong long time since my last dentist appointment and it was my first time here, but they were so friendly and welcoming, explained everything clearly, gave some really helpful advice and made me feel very comfortable. Really chuffed with the cleaning they've done - my teeth feel amazing! Will definitely be returning here for check ups etc in future.
Absolutely brilliant dentist, my 93 year old mum with dementia needed a lot of work doing, they were so kind and understanding and are making her teeth look brilliant...no eay job! Thank you
