   I have just come home from an appointment for my daughter with a newly appointed dentist, Henry Foot. I was pleasantly surprised at his professionalism, putting the patient at ease and his general tone. This was in stark contrast to the dentist I saw a few months ago, Rizwana Shaikh- she was very abrupt and rude- to put it nicely. I hope Henry Foot will stick around for some time as I was actually considering leaving this practice as its very difficult to get an appointment with Simon (who is amazing!). After George Gafita left, I have not come across anyone with good interpersonal skills. Visiting the dentist can be overwhelming for many people and dentists should bear that in mind when seeing patients. The Asian lady at the reception seems to need some training in speaking to patients too, nothing is lost in saying a few nice words. Before I get attacked for being racist, I'm actually Asian myself!

   This is an excellent practice. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. The whole reception and treatment areas are clean and welcoming. Simon the dentist and his assistants are brilliant. They are professional, reassuring and give clear advice and information. Treatments are thorough and generally painless. This is just exactly how dentistry should be.

   I've been attending this dental practice for some 30 years and feel well cared for by them. Both my elderly parents were patients both with their elderly needs. Had excellent care. Simon has been my dentist all this time. Both he and receptionist show a lot of respect for patients.

   Simon has been my dentist since i was a child. I still come here even though i now live a hundred miles away. Consistently great dental care. Simon is very down to earth and the people on reception always try their best to accommodate as best they can. Thank you.

   Best dental practise professonal impeccably clean well sanitised before and after every patient.Dr Tupper and his team are welcoming to evert individual who enters and cannot do enough to reassure and help and id recommend this practise to anyone with fears or phobias of dentists because im pretty sure they may make you feel differently by making you feel better.

   I have been coming here for 35 years and I've never received such a shocking service as I have lately, Simon the dentist is brilliant but the receptionists Christine and Janet are the worst I've ever come across, they simply do not care and refuse to help you at any given opportunity. 5 times I've phoned over the past 18 days to book in an appointment and I keep getting promises after promises that they will return my call after speaking to the manager Jake. I'm still waiting for a call back .... How on earth do they still have a job I'll never know, they are absolutely useless.

   This is by far the worst practice. The receptionist with the black hair and glasses is so rude and I’ve seen the way she treated me and my dad compared to her standard white person. Every couple of weeks the staff change except Simon and this receptionist and they really don’t give a damn about patients. My dad had gum bleeding since 2 days, 111 advised us to go to the dentist but at at 9am they had no emergency appointments left?? I asked her for an appointment the following day to which she said she can’t cos they’re full and to call in for emergency tomorrow morning but as soon as I was leaving she gave an appointment tomorrow morning to a white man who had a “slight toothache” he described it as. Get your moneys worth somewhere else instead of dealing with the unprofessional rude staff here.

   Terrible customer service, it’s as though they don’t care anymore. I went 3 times for my appointment and each time it has been cancelled. The receptionist was very rude and wasn’t acknowledging what I was saying. The workers are unprofessional she wasn’t welcoming or being respectful towards me, I am appalled. Further training should be provided to the employees as they work with patients face to face and there should be a level of respect and indemnity. I wouldn’t recommend this practice at all. Left the surgery feeling upset and unwanted for my treatment. This is common knowledge around the area and something should be done on the management side.

   I had a filling done at the dentist, it has been 5 days and my tooth is still sensitive and in a lot of pain, I have been trying to get in touch with dentist leaving messages, holding on for hours on end, nobody have got back to me, receptionist is very rude and not forwarding messages, still waiting, ridiculous, going to leave them and find another dentist. It was so good and family friendly when it was originally Lee Worthington dentist, they were really helpful, they use to get back to me within the hour, I can understand the negative reviews, rang again today but not ring back so far.
