I have been attending your practice for 12 years now and always been very satisfied with treatment by Rebecca. I am very disappointed that she has left. I shall have to see how your new dentist performs. So far he has only done a checkup which was okay as usual. Hope things turn out as good in future. That is all I have to say, thank you.
The reception team is fantastic—always well-manned, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Appointments are handled electronically, and invoices can be emailed instantly, which makes everything so convenient. My dentist has been wonderfully thorough and has taken excellent care of my teeth ever since I moved to Chesterfield in 1999. I can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone new to the neighbourhood!
As a long standing NHS patient of Ashgate Dental care , originally at the Ridgeway practice in Sheffield, and now, having retired , at Ashgate I have no hesitation in commending the doctors, and staff for the excellent, professional and friendly treatment I have received over the years. Thank you for taking care of my 92 year old teeth. I may be a little early in but would like to extend the forthcoming Christmas seasons greeting to everyone .
You are greeted with a lovely smile by the reception team. I like that you are kept up to date by text reminders of your appointment too. I visited the hygienist Nicola who put me at ease immediately. Nicola carefully examined my teeth and gums and then scaled, polished and flossed my teeth. There was no discomfort and Nicola kept pausing for me as I have a medical condition. She was extremely gentle and my teeth felt amazing afterwards. I have already booked my next 4 month appointment with Nicola. Thank you for the advice you give to ensure I also care for my teeth correctly.

First Visit to the practice this morning , got me booked in an emergency appointment, excellent service, the staff are so lovely and friendly, I saw Matt who was very professional, friendly and explained the treatment to me . Would highly recommend this practice to anyone

Absolutely fuming really I used to be a patient with ashgate but I've been suffering with depression for a few years and let's say serten aspects of my personal care have been lacking. so I've got excruciating pain in my rear tooth and was told it wasn't that tooth it was the one next to it. (I know what tooth it is it bloody hurts when I put my tongue on it) to be then told to use mouth wash and them little brushes between them and that will be OK if not to goto the hospital won't be going back there but the reception staff are very pleasant
