I had my botox with lucy, to get rid of the deep lines in my forehead. im really happy with it, they are now nonexistent and i didnt need to have my top up after 2 weeks. 5* service and treatment!

I’m sad to write this review as I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review for anything, and the lady was friendly, I had my nails done which were fine, but my eyebrows are the worst I’ve had in my life, I had them waxed And having never been here before put my trust in the salon I asked for my brows leaving thick with a bit of shape at the end of them, and what I’ve received is shocking, they’re so thin with a huge arch and the front of my eyebrows have been taken completely off I have such a big gap between them, my brows were really thick and this is nothing like what I described I’m also getting married in 3 weeks, there’s no way they will grow back in time I’m so upset In the salon when I looked in the mirror I was a little shocked but thought they will probably fine when I look properly at home but upon getting home I am truly gutted, they’re so old fashioned I’ve waited 2 years for my wedding and there’s nothing I can do other then draw them on which isn’t my look at all my face feels nothing like my own Unfortunately hairs underneath have been missed and I have a scratch that has scabbed and is sore I know these won’t grow in time for my wedding and I wouldn’t of wanted a refund I wish I could turn back the clock, I wish the business no harm and have not been back to show them as what can they do anyway they’re ruined but I will not be returning or recommending unfortunately

Lovely girls and relaxing salon, Ive been a regular with Hannah for over 10 years for my waxing and wouldn’t ever look elsewhere! Caring team and very good at everything they do! I’d give 10 stars but it wasn’t an option!
