   I’d like to share some feedback about my recent pedicure appointment. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet the expectations of a “luxury” pedicure. Both of my heels were only filed on one side, so there’s still quite a lot of dry skin left, and while my toenails were done, the dry skin on my toes wasn’t addressed at all. I had explained to the therapist that I’d recently had surgery and couldn’t bend, which is why I specifically needed help with overgrown nails and hard skin, but this didn’t seem to be taken into account. Also, the treatment description mentioned a leg and foot massage, but my legs were not touched at all. I’m also unsure at which point the massage happened — if it did, there was no pressure applied, so it didn’t feel like a proper massage. Lastly, I noticed the therapist checking messages on a smartwatch during the treatment, which felt distracting and not very professional. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I left feeling disappointed and that the treatment lacked attention to detail. It's not worth £51, I am afraid.

   I’ve had lots of treatments done at Pout and am always happy with them. Kayla in particular does a great job of my gel nails, they always last a really long time and she is a lovely person to see. Trusted her with my wedding nails. Would highly recommend. You do need to book in advance though as she is popular with many regulars and gets booked up quickly.

   This was my first visit to Pout and I'd booked myself in for a custom Gel Manicure. The salon is very clean and well-organised, and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Abbie did an amazing job with my nails. I will certainly be back and will recommend Pout to my friends and family.

   Kayla was absolutely amazing in helping me decide my nail style and talking through the BIAB process. The team, atmosphere and space was amazing and couldn't be faulted. Kayla really took time and effort on my nails and I couldn't be more grateful for her time and patience, she took time to talk to me which is rare in comparison to other places I have visited and made me feel extremely comfortable. Beth also did my lashes and talked me through potential options as I have a smaller eye shape I was worried my eyes may look weighed down but Beth reassured me this isnt the case and she will ensure the look noticeable but natural. She was also extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable as sometimes lash appointments can be awkward this wasn't. I couldn't be more grateful to the beautiful team at POUT. This has been the best experience i've probably ever had in a beauty salon so thank you! Merry Christmas to all at Pout xxx

   Lovely and friendly welcome by both ladies and massage was near to perfect. Was given full privacy and respect prior to and after the massage. Was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Was consulted on any particular areas and the required firmness, and quietly checked in with during to check all was OK. Will definitely be returning!
