It was my first time with Ruth as a result of a gift voucher I received for my birthday. I went for the Environ facial and oh my goodness- it was heaven! Ruth had a consultation with me first just to decide the best products to use and align with my skin needs. The facial also included the use of a sonic wave device, a hydration mask and a neck, face, shoulder massage. You can tell Ruth is an expert in her craft, and has created the most relaxing, comfortable and stunning studio for all your beauty needs. I felt totally at ease, with just the right amount of conversation and relaxation during my facial. Will definitely be coming again!

Ellie was fantastic. She was professional, warm, very hygienic, and reassuringly thorough in everything she did. I feel like she really took the time to get to know my skin and ask me what I wanted to ensure the best outcome possible. My brows and lashes look gorgeous (if I do say so myself)! Absolutely heavenly! Olivia was fantastic, she followed all protocols re covid safety and everything was spotless so I felt reassured, safe and completely relaxed for my first spa visit after lockdown. My back massage (add on) was deeply relaxing, followed by an environ facial which was the best, and then a luxe pedi to finish. Walked out feeling relaxed and pampered, with pretty toes and nourished, plumped skin. Thank you so much!
I visited the ladies at Number 11 not long after they reopened after lockdown. For the moment it is a limited service so I had my usual pedicure and leg wax with Ruth. The whole process from the questionnaire to fill in prior to visiting and the instructions for arrival, and the treatments themselves, was wonderful. Ruth was as professional as always, the salon was spotlessly clean as usual with a few new procedures in place to ensure customer an staff safety ..... very impressed! Next appointment booked for 5 weeks when I can finally get my eyebrows and upper lip treatments! Lovely to see you all ladies xxx
Always an amazing experience had with the girls at No 11. I Usually see Ellie for my treatments. Since Ellie's been on maternity leave I have had the pleasure of Olivia tending to me. She has done an amazing job with looking after me while in the salon and to say she's a relatively new member of staff it feels like shes always been there.
