Kaitlyn was amazing, apparently she is still training but she painted my toes with great attention to detail, very professional job like she had been doing it for years! not only with her skill but her professional mannerism and kind caring attitude from start to finish. Initially I booked an appointment to have my eyebrows threaded, however the beauty therapist who was supposed to do the brows was running late. I was offered the options to have my eyebrows waxed and keep my original appointment time, or have my appointment rescheduled. Since I was already on my way to the salon, I decided to go ahead with waxing. Whilst I understand that things happen and appreciate the flexibility and different options offered, the procedure felt rushed, and I ended up with a burnt/bruised skin under my brow. I had my brows threaded/waxed for years and while I do understand it can lead to some irritation and discomfort after a result like this I would not recommend the service.
A fantastic and very professional team of staff, I always feel very welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend and I think I’d be lost without them. As a straight man it can feel awkward going to beauty salons but I’ve always felt comfortable and relaxed.

An amazing aesthetic awaits in this friendly oasis of calm above the street. All the staff here are so warm and welcoming. The relaxing atmosphere of the massage rooms immediately makes you unwind and the actual massages are just amazing! Carly and the other masseuses have never failed to leave my aching muscles relaxed and rejuvenated. Waxing is always quick and professional and has never been so pain free, could not recommend the place highly enough:)
Booked a neck and back massage as a treat for me and my sister and what a treat it was. The treatment rooms are lovely and so relaxing. The staff are so friendly and professional. Carly and Neve did our massage and they were fantastic absolutely loved the 30 minute treatment, I did not want it to end. Felt totally relaxed and pampered afterwards, we will definitely be booking again thanks girls for our lovely treatment.
