   I have bad eyebrows, everyone has a different shape and I'm ashamed to go out among people, it took away my self-confidence, I trusted the beautician but I paid extra, I'll never step foot there again, I would write about it longer but it's pointless.

   I have been coming to get my eyebrows done at Hiba for over 10 years and it is the best place for this. I do not trust anyone else. Noreen is always extremely polite and helpful and always provides the best service. I no longer live in Leeds and have moved to Liverpool, but I still come down to Leeds to get my eyebrows done, that shows how brilliant she is. She is also excellent value for money.

   Bad facial service . It was so experience with 35£, I was so surprised with bad service. I thought with this price they will make a good facial but unfortunately even the steam is not doing and just when I told them to remove the black heads they do that , so the facial was only cleaning with creams and there is no suitable place for make facial as other salons . I have made hyderfacial and derma facial with the same price in an other salons with high standards of privacy and quality .I'm really disappointed to wast my money in this salon.
