   Went today haircut was good decent how ever the young lad used a electric machine on neck when I asked him use the blade he said he will charge more even though he said hair cut and beard shave is £20 in first place communication is terrible should make prices clear and stick to it not say its gonna be extra when you asked already straight up price

   My husband came home after a haircut and I couldn’t believe the state of it. Terrible. Looks even worse a couple of weeks later. Uneven at the back and very patchy. Also cut my son’s hair and when I saw it my heart sank! A severe bowl cut that was captured in all the festive photos! Lovely!!!

   Been a regular customer for 5 years. Service has been exemplary in the past and I have always felt that the price was a good deal for the level of service. Unfortunately over my last 5/6 visits I have noticed a sharp decline in service and ability. I persevered due to the excellent service I had previously had. However, each of the last trips has seen me leave with a bad taste in my mouth at the increased cost and subpar quality. Sadly today was my last visit to Outclass and I shall be my last for the foreseeable future as I search for a new barber. 3 stars for the historic good service. Hope there is improvement going forward.

   I have always had a professional job from Hemen, but today I had another young guy shave my head and trim and line my beard out and unfortunately came out very disappointed. My beard was lopsided and a lot shorter than I had asked. I was also charged £4 more than I had paid a few times previously. The service is great and they are very friendly but I won’t be returning.

   I attempted to use their service, but was kept waiting in line and two people who arrived after me got service before me. I had checked on arrival if there were any appointments to allow me to plan accordingly and was advised I was next in line. I want to give the benefit of doubt that this had nothing to do with the fact that I’m black. Disappointed as this is local to me and Turkish, which is my preference.
