   I visited Butterfly Beauty today for a head spa, and while my expectations were incredibly high (having been to a number of other salons), Butterfly Beauty absolutely delivered. Nell performed my treatment, and she was exceptional. The products were luxurious and beautifully fragrant, and she put her full focus and energy into delivering an incredibly professional and skillful experience. I think this might be the best Japanese head spa I’ve had so far. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and genuinely impressed. I’ll definitely be returning and becoming a regular. Highly recommend!

   Had my first session on the Cryo Lyf this morning and I can't recommend enough. A quick enquiry on Instagram led to an appt the following morning. The clinic was really welcoming with the therapy explained in depth by the staff member who greeted me. The therapy itself gave me a similar feeling to an ice bath X10 easing my aching muscles but mainly giving me a big dopamine hit which has lasted the entire day. I will be back asap.

   Bought a Groupon voucher for gel nails (hands and feet). I had some difficulties finding the place initially so was a bit late to the appt. However the girl who did my nails (sorry didn't catch her name) was really efficient and did a lovely job of them. It's a cute little salon. My only constructive feedback is they do need a better telephone answering service as it's probably having them business it going to voicemail all the time.

   Very rude, abrupt and stuck up lady. The business called 30mins before the appointment to cancel the appointment. Asked for an alternative date, no appointments available, Ms gobby rudely said "Ask groupon for a refund" don't worry I DID and won't be using you again !!

   I feel this review needs putting up as you seem to condone the work that Mal-Bet Beauty offers from within your salon to customers. Seen as she works from within your premises I feel you’re just as responsible for allowing an unfriendly, unprofessional, unreasonable and frankly horrible woman work from there. People need to be aware not to book in with her as she will pretend to not receive text messages from people trying to book appointments, she pretends to not get messages when customers call and so I’d seriously reconsider the room you rent to her as she will drag your business to the ground if the reviews on her page are anything to go by.
