   I was really nervous but excited to change my hair and go for something more natural. Yvette was absolutely fantastic — she listened, gave great advice, and made me feel at ease. The whole vibe in the salon is just lovely. What a brilliant bunch of girls (and customers too) — it honestly felt like an afternoon of therapy. I left feeling lighter, brighter, and really happy with the result. Thank you so much!

   I was working as a trader . The worst customer service . No transparency about charges . There are no words to describe how bad they are. Waist of money . And not few pounds quite expensive.

   The company hires people without skills, people who also provde fake invoices . The "builder" Yahia Omare was in charge of mounting a heater unit for the water...it exploded during the night causing serious damages to the flat downstairs - 3000 pounds. Check the photo and the report below. "The hand wash units had been installed with no expansion vessel and connected direct to a mixer tap.No non return valves where fitted to prevent back flow through the mixer. This is not the correct method of installation. The units are only designed to discharge water over a basin or sink.The other items of concern noted are as follows;Ballofix valve connected against the flow. Loose collars on the speedfit unions A weeping speedfit union to copper pipe was dismantled after a further release of mains pressure water . It was discovered that the ‘O’ ring was displaced due to a raw cut copper pipe edge thus not making seal The flexable connection to the cold water side of the mixer tap was kinked due to the rigid copper pipe being too long"
