    I visited Salon 109 yesterday morning. I was nervous to have my hair done due to negative past experiences I have had with different salons. The hairdresser I had was jade and she was absolutely amazing, very friendly and did exactly what I wanted. No faults at all, I overall had a very positive experience, I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a great experience and my hair looks beautiful x

    Been coming to salon 109 for many years now and the team are fantastic. Always friendly, helpful and patient. My hair is so thick and takes a while to blow dry but they always do a fantastic job

    Every time I go to Salon 109 its like fitting back into a group of friends you haven't seen for a while but you know are always there for you. The whole team are all so pleasant and make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. I always ask for Jade who is a friend of my son's and she delivers every single time and really lovely! There's great banter, and I come out of there much happier than when I went in. Love 'em :D

    Staff have no respect and a total disregard for medical exemptions, insisting that I wear a mask despite me explaining my exemption reason, which I didn't even need to divulge! I advised I would find somewhere else to go and left. Not sure if the person I spoke to is the owner or a staff member but they can be seen in the photo taking a picture of me as I stood outside on the public street to take a picture of the establishment for this review. Beyond shocked at the behaviour so won't support or recommend to anyone sadly.

    Always a great experience at Salon 109. Great staff especially Yvonne who does my hair. So kind and understanding. All very professional. Very happy with my hair styled everytime I go.
