I went to have my eyebrows microbladed after reading the reviews. Overall I was disappointed with the result and customer service. Angela drew the shape which looked fine and assured me to start small and pale and we could go dark and larger through the treatment. She also said she’d do however many treatments were needed. It’s very difficult to see in the light of the salon and before they’re healed if they’re right so I took comfort from the fact I could go back. However, after the second treatment had healed, I contacted Angela and said I’d like them a touch bigger in line with my natural brows and darker and was told it was going to be an extra £45!! I had raised the size previously and had I realised there was an extra charge, I’d have insisted it was done in the second sitting. She over plucked my natural brows in the process so now I also need to grow these back. The salon isn’t very clean either.

I have been going to Angela for years for my beauty treatments, the salon always has a really friendly vibe and I love her constant attention to detail, nothing is ever too much for her or her team!
