   Went in not really knowing what to expect and came out looking and feeling amazing. My hair was a cherry red and I wanted my natural brown lighter with blonde highlights going through. Leah did an amazing job and explained the whole process so well. Definitely my go to from now on!

   Really disappointed. Turned up and was left waiting for half an hour so didn't even have time to get my hair done. They claimed it's because 'it's Saturday and they're busy'... it's Saturday every week? So I imagine it's busy every week? Their lack of timekeeping (and they didn't tell me it would be a wait either) meant leaving the salon feeling absolutely rubbish and having to go out an hour later with bad hair. Definitely wouldn't recommend - they advertise slots every 15mins on Treatwell but clearly don't have the staff to service them. The guy I spoke to was really rude and obnoxious too.

   Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Relaxing wash and head massage, attentive cutter - listened to what I wanted and made useful suggestions - blow dry and finish left my hair bouncing and swinging - felt great. Going back for my second cut today.
