   I had a fabulous back massage & Hopi ear candles with Sammy. I knew my massage would be good as she is excellent, really feels where the tension / strain is. I book a course of 6 as you can save some money that way. The hopi candle was a new experience. I fancied it as I wanted some natural help with my sinuses & Sammy's recently qualified in this other holistic treatment. It was different but very nice different. With a wonderful facial, neck & around ears massage afterwards. I felt so relaxed afterwards. Thank you Sammy. X

   This was my first time visiting Beauty Matters in Rothwell. I received an excellent service and was more than happy with the manicure I got from Sammy. Can’t forget the lovely coffee and biscuits too! Great service all round, will be visiting again.

   Getting a Brazilian wax can be a daunting experience, but with the right salon and technician it can be a much more comfortable and effective experience Beauty Matters and Natalie was the right choice of salon and technician I had legs and underarms done also and will absolutely be booking more appointments

   Worst bikini wax I’ve ever had. I’ve been before and it was good this time I was only left with one person to choose from to do my wax so I took it as I’m going on holiday in two days time and don’t have any other time to get it done. The girl was lovely really friendly and chatty. I had to be somewhere straight after it wasn’t until I got home later I release she had left lots if hair, I tried to call but no answer so I went into the salon to ask her to redo it, she did but again when I got home there was still hair there! It wasn’t like I asked for a Brazilian it was a simple bikini wax. Now I’m on holiday and have to shave not what I paid £30 for, really disappointing.

   What a lovely place, just had my first of many hot stone massages, I enjoyed the first one so much I immediately booked a block of them, the staff are lovely and very friendly, I was at home today trying to book an online facial with them and I was having problems, I got a phone call from Rachel (hope that's the right spelling) and she said she called as she realised that an online booking wasn't going through, now that's brilliant customer service. I booked a facial that was on with a special offer, so saved money and I'm now having a back massage as well. Absolutely great service from knowledgeable and helpful staff, this is now my new favourite place. 5*

   Visited the salon twice and Ellie has applied Shellac to my nails each time. She made me feel very welcome and relaxed whilst doing my nails. She is very precise while applying the products. The salon has a lovely atmosphere, I’m looking forward to my next visit.
