   I booked my appointment under different name and had my nails done by Eva few months ago. She wasn’t friendly nor made the effort to chat! Also, it was very odd that I was the only one asked by Georgia to wash my hand while waiting for Eva to finish her previous customer. Other customers who came after weren’t asked to wash their hands at all by Georgia. Also, I have never ever been asked by other nail salon/ artist to wash my hands before a nail appointment! Also, I thought it wasn’t really nice for Georgia and another girl (not sure her name but had dark hair) to unprofessionally chat about another customer who had issue with booking and had just left the salon. Very bitchy and unprofessional ! Overall, due to these issues, I have not returned to the salon and I hope they take these feedback into account and treat all their customers fairly and with respect!

   i had a lovely experience here. i got biab for the first time and georgia was so lovely. she informed me about taking care of my nails, and when to book my next appointment. also the application is flawless! the staff are lovely and i can’t wait for my next appointment :)

   I had a builder gel applied at this salon, unfortunately it wasn't for me as I had issues with the gel lifting. However, I don't have a single bad thing to say about this business; the staff are all lovely, the customer service is impeccable. I was able to go back twice (at no extra charge) to try and sort my nails. Sadly, I decided to have them removed as it was causing me a lot of stress - I wasn't charged for the removal, and was given a full refund without any questions. Even though the actual gel nails weren't a good experience for me, the experience I had in this salon was fantastic. Therefore I highly highly recommend them to anyone - hopefully you'll have more co-operative nails than I do! ❤️❤️❤️

   I don't get my nails done often, but when I do I always choose Eva at Beauty Assembly. She's so talented and really enthusiastic about trying things out. She recently did my wedding nails - the gorgeous golden cats eye (pictured holding a glass). They were so beautiful - perfect for our NYE wedding. And my celestial hendo nails where she literally repaired a nail that then lasted till I was on holiday 4 weeks later!! (Pictured against the blue sky). I can't recommend her enough. The salon is such a calming space as well. The perfect place for some time out.

   I have been going to Inna at The Beauty Assembly for my nails for around a year and a half now and it’s safe to say she’s by far the best nail tech in Leeds. She’s such a perfectionist and my nails look amazing every single time, even if I just get a simple colour. I get the luxury gel manicure and it is genuinely worth every single penny!

   I’ve got mixed feelings about the beauty assembly and I never leave reviews however nearly 3 weeks later I still can’t get my head around how I was charged £45 for a nail soak off and what the technician deemed as intricate nail art for biab!! I’ve seen acrylics with nail art more detailed than this for that amount. As a first time customer I booked in for detailed art as that was what I’d been used to and always charged at a price of £35 with my previous tech in Brighton as a standard charge for designs that I can only describe as 10x more intricate than what I recently had on my nails at this salon. I feel as though because I had initially booked in for detailed art, despite changing my mind in my appointment here, I was still charged for full price. If this is standard practise, this should be reiterated at the point of appointment. The customer service was amazing but the price to pay stung me in all honesty which saddens me because I don’t feel inclined to return. Great shame as it’s a lovely place with lovely staff!!

   This was my first visit to The Beauty Assembly on 2nd Sept, being trans & dressed in male mode I was quite nervous and apprehensive on how I would be received. Which was ridiculous as there was no need. I was treated to the same high level of service as any other female customer. The service I received was second to none. Eva was my nail artist and I couldn’t be happier with her amazing skills. Very happy with my nails and the fab choice of colours.

   This was my first time going to do my nails in Leeds. Let me start with the pros: location is good and I was very pleased with my nail color - the end result. Cons: The service could’ve been better, way better! Ive been to nailbars where the staff are friendly from the start and they introduce themselves upon your arrival, they are attentive and helpful. When I arrived the lady that greeted me asked me my name and left me standing there for a few mins, she didn’t even come to me to introduce herself (as she was the one who was going to do my nails). After she told me to wash my hands she told me to sit and she asked me what i wanted to do to my nails. When i showed her a picture of what i wanted, she brought the nail polish palette and stared at me. I showed her the picture again and she didn’t seem bothered to help me and try to find the colors from the picture, until I actually asked her to help me. She seemed bothered. Once she began to work on my nails she wasn’t friendly at all, i felt awkward and uncomfortable. She was also not gentle with my cuticles when she began to push them in a rough way that hurt. Even though i said “ouch” and she apologized, she kept being rough. When she was halfway through she decided to engage in a conversation with me, and I tried too, but it felt forced. In the end she painted my nails nicely. But I cannot give this place more stars because I think that being nice/friendly is a basic skill if you work with customers. No one should have to go through such experience anywhere, yet alone in a nail bar.

   Only planned to come here once for some nails for my wedding but loved them so much I’ve been back again and again for a year! My nails are always beautifully done by Lia, the women are all so friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

   I’ve visited The Beauty Assembly twice for gel manicures with nail art and my nails are in the best condition ever. Not only are the girls super friendly but the quality is fantastic and, even with sanitising multiple times a day, my gels have lasted longer than ever! Thanks Vicki!
