I’m a regular customer and always have a great experience here. I come mainly for eyebrow tinting and lamination and the results are consistently excellent. I’ve also had waxing treatments and always felt comfortable and well cared for. Professional, clean, and welcoming, highly recommended!
I rarely leave reviews but Syaza was super lovely. It was my first time at Afsoo, she booked me in on the same day as I had a date to attend , she did HydraFacial and even gave me a free LED light treatment . Super lovely lady, and gentle on my new lash extensions too. 100% will come again. Place was clean and well designed.
I’ve been coming to this salon for around two years to have my eyebrows and waxing done. The staff have always been friendly, and overall I’ve received a good service. However, due to an unexpected emergency, I was unable to make my recent appointment. I messaged politely to explain the situation and asked if it would be possible to reschedule, something I rarely, if ever, request. In fact, the last time I attended, I made every effort to keep my appointment despite having my baby with me. Despite being a loyal customer for two years, I was met with, “Because it’s less than 48 hours, we can’t reschedule your appointment.” I would understand this response if I had a history of cancelling or rescheduling, but I don’t. And considering there were multiple unbooked slots available at the time, it was disappointing that no flexibility or goodwill could be show, not even once. I’m extremely disappointed, and sadly I’ll now be looking for another salon. Emergencies don’t come with 48 hours’ notice; all we can do is communicate and do our best. As you’ve asked, I’ve paid the deposit, and you can keep it, but you’ve lost a long-standing customer due to a lack of flexibility and understanding. Such a shame.
I had a wonderful experience at the salon today for a brow lamination and a lash lift. The entire service was excellent from the moment I walked in. I was lucky enough to have Shaza as my technician, and she is truly an expert. She was professional, attentive, and incredibly meticulous throughout both processes. My results are absolutely beautiful! My brow lamination came out perfectly defined and lifted, and my lash lift makes my natural lashes look phenomenal. If you are looking for gorgeous brows and lashes, I highly recommend this salon and specifically asking for Shaza. Thank you for the outstanding work!
I’ve taken a friend all the way from uni in Nottingham to Leeds before just to get her eyebrows laminated here because she liked how mine looked so much! The eyelashes are always beautifully separated and wispy and natural as you see here. Keen to try their facials too because they are always take their time and are meticulous
my new go-to salon!! I have a great experience every time and I have never had cleaner looking eyebrows. So professional, friendly attention to detail, cleanliness and hygiene are all amazing and I've been to a fair few salons
Do not recommend getting lash extensions from this place at all! Lady is very unwelcoming & rude , I asked for Hybrids which were £65 and what I got was classics and all my natural lashes cut off! Bearing in mind I came all the way from Huddersfield for my birthday lash extensions! Whilst she was doing my lashes I felt as if she was cutting at my natural lashes. I asked if she was and all I got was a very rude Laugh no explanation… and then she began speaking to her sister in Iranian language. Even though I could not understand, It was pretty obvious she was talking about me & laughing about the situation. Throughout the whole experience I felt very anxious & uncomfortable. I advise you to not visit this place especially for lash extensions, the lady is rude & can only do one style of lashes , that look the same on everyone. But yet charges (£65-£75) ridiculously overpriced & not worth a penny, my lashes were falling off within 2 days!
I have been coming to the salon to get brow lamination for a year, I love the great and pleasant service they always provide and I’m always happy with the results. They also do a range of eye lash extensions which I have previously enjoyed getting. I would always recommend this salon to a friend.
I would unreservedly recommend this salon. As a self confessed eye rubber, my lash extensions never usually last the duration. However, since visiting this salon, I cannot stress enough how long they last. The girls are just lovely and offer a welcoming atmosphere during your treatment, but above all, the knowledge, skill and results of any treatment I’ve received has by far exceeded expectations. I cannot recommend this little gem of a salon enough!
I was so looking forward to have my eyebrows done after reading so many good reviews. Called the business twice, once to postpone my appointment and secondly to cancel as I was very unhappy with the costumer service received over the phone. The lady i presume at reception was very rude and refused to answer my enquiries about the price saying I had to check online. Ended up cancelling my booking as I believe costumer service is the first touch to a guest experience.
