Absolutely 5* everything, amazing service, really warm & lovely attentive, caring staff, really considerate about what you’re looking for and take the time with you to understand what it is you’re wanting, reasonable price too. My hair looks and feels amazing & I struggle to find places that are able to work with my fine hair. Kept my length while still cutting off dead ends, a lot of the time I end up going somewhere and lose a lot of my length whereas she listened and kept my length. The colour looks amazing you could tell Gemma knew what she was doing. 100% recommend and will be coming back again!
