Today I had my old set of acrylics removed and a fresh set put on. All I can say is wow! I am utterly obsessed and amazed with the talent of the nail technicians! I’ve never seen a set of nails as beautiful in my life, Thankyou so much ❤️
I came in today for a set of infills, they fit me in straight away and all I did was show the lady a photo once and she memorised it. These are hands down my favourite set of nails I’ve ever had! I will definitely be back, thankyou so much
I’ve been coming here for just over a year now! Always get my nails spot on for what I ask for and a really good price for the work they do! They’re that good I drive 45 mins a month just to come here! Won’t go elsewhere now!
Been going here for years and they never disappoint, lovely atmosphere and they always make my nails look amazing.
Requested gel on my own nails having still got acrylic on my own nails. Asked for acrylic to be left on as not much growth but soaked off my gel and used the horrible electric metal file. I kept telling the male who obviously doesn’t understand English not to use the metal file as didn’t want to damage my own nails. I could literally feel they were paper thin and he burnt me a few times on my nails. I complained to the man who seemed to bed in charge and he apologised and put more acrylic on my own nail. I didn’t want more acrylic on but it was too late to take off as he had already started. I ended up with bulky nails which I hate and acrylic I didn’t want. Not happy. I gave them another chance and went back for the same thing again but this time no extra acrylic was painted on but instead he insisted on three layers of gel. I said I didn’t want it thick but again obviously don’t don’t understand me. I told them I only want two coats not three as it would peel off and sure enough after day one it chipped by day three every nail was chipped and peeled off my nails were so thin they bent and basically now I’m back I the circle of having to have a full set as my own nails are ruined. I won’t use K nails again I’m going back to Henry’s at lease they understand English.
nothing wrong with the nails they are gorgeous. however look grown out straight away due to poor cutical care. push your cuticals back with there yellow grim nails. speak in their own language slagging you off however it’s so obvious. last time i went they was talking about my thumbs and pointing and laughing as i have an issue with my thumbs. made me feel very uncomfortable. feel like your on a conveyabelt ad they all have a go at doing ur nails. also got a nail repair. total different colour and shape and everything. i refused to pay as that is poor
Myself,my daughter and my friend had our nails done today at k. Nails, all staff are fantastic, friendly and go above and beyond. I 100% recommend k.nails, great prices we will definitely be back. Thank you k. Nails we all love our nails
Had acrylic nails done here with my sister and a week later both of our nails have broken. It was uncomfortable as the staff was talking between themselves in their own language and it was so obvious they was talking about the lady sat next to me. Felt like I was on a conveyor belt, one person would cut my tips another put the acrylic on, then another would paint the nails etc everyone was getting passed between 5 different staff members and every time I had to explain what nail shape and design I wanted. It was very unhygienic as the staff had long yellow nails and used these to push my cuticles back (didn’t even tend to them by removing just pushed them back) used a brush on my hands to dust away all the nail filings that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 5 years they then proceeded to clean the table with the same brush. My sister wanted a specific design they agreed but then cut her nails shorter than she wanted then told her she couldn’t have the design anymore because the nail wasn’t big enough. I asked for coffin style and some are Coffin some are square. I had naturally long nails anyway but they didn’t even ask to cut them down or explain why they just went and cut them. £35 down the drain as the nails have outgrown(due to lack of cuticle care) broken and fragile. The only positive I experienced is the nail design is actually very pretty and neat. But I won’t be returning.
I absolutely surprised after i got my nails done yesterday because they are so lovely that i have never had before in other nail bars. I defo return next time. Their staffs are extremely friendly and gentle as well
