   I’m actually disappointed in my nails today showed them the picture of the Christmas pattern I wanted and they didn’t do it correctly plus do your job properly stop constantly being on your phones if you want better reviews and do peoples nails correct it’s simple

   I didn't get a service as even though I made an appointment for a pedicure I still wasn't seen over an hour later so I left without pedicure, my Daughter just had her own nails painted fingers and toes and was charged £50 really steep we thought, rude staff member to I said I'd never go again after the last time but thought I'd giv another chance, well that was a mistake !!

   I can honestly say i love this place, All my family members go here for nails . Just recently came back from the place and my nails look absolutely stunning!, I had Jenny today she did it better than the inspiration photo!. Prepping and application was nice and quick. DEFINETLY reccommened.

   Just know if you’re booking an appointment here, add on half an hour to an hour of wait time. Every single time I book here they accept my appointment over the phone and say they have availability, yet when you turn up they’ve sat a load of people down that haven’t booked before you. They are rude, and never apologise or acknowledge the situation. I asked how long it was going to be as 15 minutes had already passed, and literally got ignored, then told to wait another 20 minutes. I also turned up for this appointment early, and made them aware I’d booked and STILL they sat people down before me. Why take bookings if you don’t stick to them? It should be walk ins only. So frustrating, last time I go here. Another thing… since I’ve been coming here I’ve been getting greenies in my nail because of how they do them, and how dirty it must be.

   I’ve had my nails done here several times, and they always look fantastic. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciate. However, I do feel that the hygiene standards could be improved. On my last visit, my nails were removed by chipping them off with quite a bit of force, which unfortunately caused me to bleed. The wound wasn’t cleaned, which was a concern. Additionally, I booked an appointment through the app on a Sunday, but when I arrived, the salon was closed. It would be helpful if the online booking system were kept up to date to avoid confusion. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I do enjoy coming here and would love to see these areas improved.

   I went in this morning to get a gel removal & polish on my natural nails. My nails are quite long and I just wanted a square shape with a round edge. The man filed my gel off instead of soaking them so now my nails are severely damaged to the cuticle. He then filed all my length off to apparently create the square look which was completely unnecessary as they were already square. I got up left as soon as he finished filing the first hand and I noticed what he had done. I am beyond disappointed. Will not be going back. Do not recommend.

   Been going here for my nails for years now and never had too many issues, however since December 2019 I have been going every 10 days/ 2 weeks as I have lost between 3-5 nails! I haven't changed what I do, but they have either been lifting from the cuticle area of snapping straight off. Everytime I've been back I've explained what has happened, but they dont apologise of even offer you a discount! This time they have put the acrylic on so badly my nails look like claws! Unfortunately wont be returning here and would not reccomend.
