First time going in there and the staff were so polite! The man who did my nails was so friendly and did such a fantastic job. Will definitely be back again soon ❤️
me and my family had been going here for years and years and never had an issue until the last few months where continuously butchered our hands and toes. they have left open wounds on my sisters toes and layered biab so thick it ripped off her natural nail. they always leave my nails so so so sore and thin and cut my skin. no one should leave there nail appointments bleeding, in pain, struggling to walk and disappointed with their nails. do not recommend. going here is self sabotage
Went and got these done and honestly it was my first time and i'm quite pleased. I was mildly annoyed that that lovely woman who actually did my nails cut my finger and didn't acknowledge it and then left bits of black polish on my hands and dust from filing too. (as seen in pictures and more ) and then was made to pay the full £39 which i would've happily paid if they hadn't left my hands in the state they did but overall lovely people and good attempt and the design. -update: got them done on friday and it is now tuesday. they feel very loose which is weird since i don't do anything particularly rough with my hands or anything
Had my nails done here on Saturday I loved the design I got what I asked for but some parts of nails were not cover properly and quite jagged for £41 apart from that lovely shop and really nice people
Had my nails done here and hoped for a simple and classy design. (Photos attatched) my primary choice was the one with the beads on although I opted without beads. It wasn't explained to me properly until she had shaped them that she didn't have that colour so couldn't do it and they came out far from perfect. I asked for almond shape and got something completely different and asked when I was there for her to round them off a bit. When I left I messah3d the manager as I felt too uncomfortable in the shop to say anything. He did try to correct them for me however i still feel like they werent up to standards. My nail bed was filed so far inwards my nails have been very painful for days especially my thumb. They also look short and stubby like claws. I'm quite upset as I'm anticipating a proposal. I requested some money back as i had to drive twoce down from tamworth. He offered me a free colour next time however this is not good enough in my opinion as I won't be going there again. I have attached pictures of what I asked for vs what I had to get in the end. He said I should have chose acrylics next time however this wasn't explained to me when I went in with my design choice. I have never had nails that look like this and I feel as they look too small for my hands.

Job done very quick but not at a great quality; Always able to book a date but no card machine - inconvenience with cashpoint not located anywhere close; Salon is really dirty, consistently covered with nails scrape offs - unhygienic - it looks the dust has been there for ages; Adding this too - Due to the horrible hygiene I caught some kind of virus and 10 days later I am still unwell with antibiotics;

Always friendly and attentive. Adorable in a day&age where nail salons often rip customers off. No nonsense you get what you see on the tin kind of salon. My nails always last several weeks and look great. Can’t go wrong in Sutton.
Cannot recommend this place enough! Yes the place stinks of chemicals in there that hits the back of your throat and yes it is cramped but I rang up at 10am when they opened on Saturday morning and they fitted me in for 1:30 - can't complain with that speedy service, and in Easter Holidays! Opted for £12 shellac only - the finish and the glitter is opaque and hard wearing. Was in and out in 20 mins - the lady doing my nails took no prisoners when it came to my cuticles but my god they needed it and it didn't hurt like when I push them back and trim them myself. Showed my friend who had the same service somewhere in Selly Oak who paid £30 for just Shellac also and she preferred mine! Will definitely be going back here - can't talk about any other services like acrylic but for Shellac it's a must UPDATE - MY NAILS WITH 3 WEEKS OF REGROWTH FROM £12 SHELLAC WITH NO CHIPS I REPEAT PEOPLE NO CHIPS HOWEVER I HAD TO FILE THIS COLOUR OFF COMPLETELY AS SOAKING IT IN PURE ACETONE DID NOT LOOSEN IT AT ALL
