   If there was no stars I would award this Company just that! Noticed they were open on Sundays. Rang at 11. An appointment was made for 12.30 feet and nails. I arrived at the place. No signage. Rang up to ask exactly where t saon was . Was told they had just sent a text to say change appointment to 1pm?? I agreed but said I could only have my nails done. As I needed to be back by 1.30 .As I had paid £40 for a carer to look after my Mum for from 12.15. I sat around until 1pm. Rang again and asked where the nail salon was, was told she was on her way back from the nail suppliers? Would be there around 1.15. Having been messed around twice and already had to pay a carer. Told her that my message clearly stated I needed to be back by 1.30....and that I found the service poor and communication even worse. Her reply was that she was busy and she had not cancelled the appointment!!! Aren't we all. And it cost me £40 in carers fees. You would think a nail salon would ensure they had supplies and stock before booking in appointments, especially when I had made it clear I had to be back by a certain time. I was fexible firs time and hung around. Avoid. I will put up with broken nails go back to Sutton Nails who are always courteous prompt and same price

   If I could I would give no stars. Very unprofessional from the lady who did my nails. I was going away on Monday as I was working and all weekend and had no time to go to my usual nail shop, so i googled a nail shop open on a Sunday and it was this, I was seen by a lady who was the only person in the shop who wore glasses, she took over 2 hours to do my nails, kept stopping and starting, then sitting back to itch her eyes and skin, then would stop to make hot drink, and then sit back as her eyes was watering and just sat there for a while till she went back to do my nails. The painting was terrible on my hands as like a five year old child had done this for me, it was think and bulky. I said I didn’t even want my toes done now after that experience. This is going back a couple of months now but it’s been bugging me so I thought I’d leave a review as it’s important to give feedback. Won’t be going back. But I’m sure for some it’s there local nail shop.

   Tan and the team offer an excellent service. I went to the salon on 4 different occasions in the last 3 weeks and the standards are consistent. On my last visit I had an incredible massage and I don't like being massaged! I usually leave salons unhappy with my nails but I was delighted with this time. The team are delightful, so friendly and inviting I highly recommend Infinity Spa

   Happended to be walking by and thought I’d give them a go. Oh my life what a hidden gem. The salon was really nice, clean and tidy with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were equally as amazing and smashed all expectations. Would thoroughly recommend and will be back again!
