My new go to for nails. The girls in here so helpful and friendly. I never had nails prepared so attentive before. Session take about 1 hour because they file and prep so well. Nails last weeks because of it. And my nails have never been longer naturally
i have just made my holiday ready at Love U Nails. i am absolutely amazed with the experience I had at this salon. incredible customer service and quality! very happy with my gel pedicure and a lovely bonus hands mini spa treatment - at the end. Highly recommend .

I'm so sad to leave a bad review but today I went in to get my nails Infilled for a special occasion and I was spoken to rudely the entire time and then being Spoken about in another language everytime I requested the design I showed to be followed as they were not following it. One entire hand wasn't filed down and is thick, uneven and wonky. I can't complain as the manager did my nails so who do I actually complain to? I've attached photos, I now have to attend the special occasion with awful nails and I will have to pay someone after to take them off and start again due to how thick they've been applied. I will be contacting trading standards as I would like my money back, my nails are causing pain as they've not filed the sides either.
The best nail salon I've been to (and I've tried quite a few!). I've been going to Love Your Nails for about a year now and I regularly have appointments with Kim. She is absolutely brilliant, as you can see from the photos, and the rest of the nail tecs are fab too! My nails still look fab at my next appointment and have lasted 4 weeks with no chips before. Really good vibe, great decor and an excellent selection of colours, chrome's, glitters etc. Love, love, love it! ❤️
Went here with a friend today. the service was very good and the workers worked efficiently to finish my nails, since i had to stay until 7pmish to finish them. (: I'm very happy with the result.
A lot better experience than expected from the appearance of such a small shop sticking out from the underbelly of a Tesco Superstore. Faces the road on one side & Tesco’s semi underground car park on the other. Doesn’t do it justice from outside; it’s brightly lit, well decorated, clearly displays prices, music or TV creating relaxed atmosphere & cute mini fish tank of baby goldies to watch while you get your infills! Plenty staff to do your nails, not 2 Techs jumping between clients. Well organised for the limited amount of space. 5/6 nail bars, mini reception/seating area & 2 foot spa chairs. A sink & toilet area (unsure if for customers but don’t see why not). There’s also a section for eyebrows/lashes. Not cluttered, displayed & arranged neatly despite small size. Products are good quality, nails are not rushed & each time I’ve been, my nails turned out 10/10 & lasted well. No fading, no chipping just needed infills. I show a picture & they recreate it, even semi-complicated pieces. Fees are fair to medium. Infills w/colour is about £30. Full set acrylics around £35-40 w/colour. I avoid going rush hour times due to local ring road traffic & potential salon wait times but after always making appointments, I have never had to wait or been double booked like other nail salons have done to me. I’m seen on time for my appointment. Parking is done outside rear in Tesco car park - no issues. Free for the average length of a nail appointment, but check the sign to make sure. Open till 7pm for those who work till 5ish. Mobile to contact to make bookings in advance, no deposit is required for that. You DONT get that ‘is my Nail Tech talking about me in their own language?’ feeling - they are very friendly, inviting and it’s a nice warm environment. I definitely recommend this place over those bougie city centre ones any day.
I am a loyal customer, have been coming to Loveyournails for a couple of years now. The level of service they provide is outstanding, they will always listen to the customers needs and are very responsive if there is something you want changed. I have never left the salon without being happy how my nails look. They have a good loyalty system where if you are like me, and get your nails done regularly, you can save some money. All the staff are very friendly and interesting to talk to, however if you’re not much of a talker you will not be bothered so don’t worry! Kim and her staff go above and beyond for their customers. She once opened up the salon earlier and saved me when I had a last minute event. Come once, tell them or show them what you want and I promise you won’t go elsewhere.
