   Went to the salon for my husbands birthday and booked two pedicures and a manicure. It was a lovely experience, very welcoming and the staff were lovely. My husband really enjoyed the experience. Whilst I was waiting for my husbands treatments to end and mine to start I was offered a facial at a discounted price whilst waiting. I accepted and it was that good that my husband even opted for a facial in the end. Skin is still feeling and looking amazing. To top it off, got free chocolate too. Who doesn’t love chocolate. There were a few hiccups hence why I am not giving a full five stars, otherwise I would have based on the fact the treatments can’t be faulted. Firstly, I was a bit thrown off when I went in and found there was only one person working. When booking I was told two people would be present and that treatments will happen at the same time. I didn’t let this deter us from a good experience though as it only meant we only had to be there a little longer than expected. The next concern was that the technician didn’t really know what I had booked for. I had to confirm with her several times that it was two spa pedicures and a manicure - but we got there in the end. Lastly, which is a bit disappointing, when I had booked the appointments I was given a price for the pedicures and manicure but was charged £16 more for my pedicure and gel polish than expected. As it was my husbands birthday I didn’t want to put a downer on the experience and I didn’t want him to feel bad thinking I couldn’t afford to pay because he added an extra facial, so I didn’t really say anything and paid the extra. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt and putting it down to the fact that a different person had booked us in and gave me the quote and there must have been some miscommunication. So I probably will go back.

   Had a manicure here the lady was really nice did a good job. But a few things I found odd. One they have big signs saying closed on Sunday and Monday but they let me book my appointment on a Monday. Then it says 30 pounds for a gel manicure which is fine. I paid 15 pound online then 25 pounds is the shop. Even though it was a good job. Don't think I will use again because it was just really dodgy with opening times and money

   Excellent service from Cameila she always does a fantastic job and she is always consistent, I never leave unhappy with my nails. Update: Since my usual nail technician is no longer available there I will not be going back. She was the best!

   I’ve had several massages in the past and thought they were good. Until I visited the Nail Quarter. Camilla is by far the best masseuse I’ve ever come across. She is so thorough in paying attention to detail in removing even the smallest of knots in your muscles. I can’t rate her highly enough,for her professionalism and dedication to her profession.

   The Nail technician here is an absolute perfectionist and passionate. Really takes her time (although be prepared to put aside at least 3 to 4 hours for a manicure and pedicure) I do think this needs to be improved massively. Just deoends on what you want. Everytime I have my nails done here. They have NEVER.... Mean NEVER EVER chipped or cracked! Great place for mani and pedi. My 3rd time here.
