I’ve been going to Marco Benito for a few years now and all of the women that work here at AMAZING! Everyone is personable and very friendly and they all go out of their way to accommodate the needs and wants from their clients. I get my nails done from Toni and Ruby and both ladies are wonderful at what they do and very talented, I wouldn’t think of getting my nails done from anywhere or anyone else!
Lila did a great job with my lash lift even tho there’s hardly any lashes to work with! Booking system and advice from Ruby in the reception really great and pleasant! I did my nails there long time ago and it was flawless experience, too.
Went and got my first Hollywood wax job, and the lady who did the waxing ended up scalding my lady parts with hot wax. I’ve done waxing on my underarms and legs before and this was just too hot. I felt so uncomfortable sitting there with my poor lady burning. But you get what you pay £25 for.
I took advantage of their walk-in service and was promptly tended to. Lovely staff - really warm and demonstrate the utmost professionalism. My nail tech did a fab job - if I’m ever in Birmingham again I will be sure to get my nails done here - would recommend to all!

Was not satisfied at all. 1) I've got cuts and when I several times told the lady that she is hurting me, she argued with me that the problem is not with her, but with my "thin" skin. When I said that I am having pedicure all my life and nobody cut me before, she argues that she was making pedicure all her life, and she never had this problem before. So, it was quite poor both -from professional skills point of view, and also from communication point of view. 2) Very limited choice of colours (for example, no Tiffany) 3) They either did not do foot scrubbing at all, or did it very little, so that my skin on heels was still rough the same day after the pedicure.
This was my first time having a manicure and a pedicure and all I can say is that I was so happy and impressed from both the service and the result. Ruby treated me with professionalism, respect and kindness and now I am happy to show off my nails haha. I will definitely be back!
