   Four staff in the shop and not one of them was friendly. The woman doing my nails didn’t try to engage in conversation. The staff all spoke to each other loudly in a different language. Very tense and awkward atmosphere. My nails needed refiling as they were jagged and covered in nail glue but I decided to do it myself. My fingers were left covered in red nail polish after being airsprayed. She didn’t seem interested in taking her time. It was clear they just wanted to close early despite my booking being for 5pm and finishing at 5.45. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and wont be going back

   The staff were far from hospitable. I was met with such coldness by the nail tech who didn’t even try to engage in conversation. Even when she finished, I had to go back to the shop for my nails to be fixed because she did not file the extensions down properly causing my nails to look like they have dents in them. Terrible service, would not recommend.

   I wanted to reach out about my nail appointment yesterday (06/08). I’ve always had great experiences with Top Nails, but this time I was really disappointed. I asked for a blooming flower design, but it was clear the technician wasn’t trained in that technique. I’m not sure if it was due to a language barrier, but either way, proper care was missing. The result didn’t look good at all, and even parts of my nail weren’t covered in polish, I’ve attached photos. As a nail tech myself, I was able to drill it off and re-do it at home, but I shouldn’t have had to, as I paid £40 for BIAB infills with this specific design. On top of that, my cuticles were really damaged, which is now very painful, again I have a picture to show this. I requested a refund however this cannot be done, I’m not usually one to moan however I would hate for someone to have the awful experience I did.

   During my shopping last year, I happened to use the service by chance. At that time I didn't expect much and just did a simple design. But the truth is that the experience of the skilled technician is too outstanding. They did a beautiful set of nails for me, will be back soon!!!

   5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This nail salon is so excellent that I must write a review. I was amazed at the professional staff, they are all friendly and kind, and did perfectly nail art for me. It took me only half an hour to have a great design. It's fantastic! I'd recommend it

   I LOVE this place! I would 100% recommend getting your nails done here. I got a pedicure done with my mom and sister and the people treated us with so much respect and were really fun to talk to. They are really good at what they do and their services are reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back!
