Terrible quality of nails, got them done the day before a close family funeral and they looked like this on the day. Would not recommend.
Started screaming as soon as she touched my nails and cried until she gave me it for free then I started going on a rampage destroying all the products and threw myself through the window
Had my nails done on 26th April ready for a wedding abroad. By 28th the gel polish started chipping off, and this is the state today (30th april), with the wedding still to happen. Very disappointed and couldn't even go back to re-do them as abroad. £20 gone down the drain, could have done a better job myself. Pam

I had my nails done yesterday(set of acrylics) , the style itself is fine however the nails are wonky and the shape is not the same on each nail, after I left the nail shop I thought that the nails felt bendy and weak in which they were. The fake nail on my thumb has already had a rip on the side and multiple nails had not been painted on the sides so you could see the colour of the extension before it’s styled. This morning one of my nails completely snapped off. Safe to say i won’t be going back there.
GREEDY. RUDE. NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. If I could give 0 stars I would. ACCEPT APPOINTMENTS AND THEN CANCEL THEM WHEN YOU WALK IN. TOO GREEDY WITH MONEY AND NOW RUSH NAILS. I had been going here since it opened and have always gone to Jack for my nails - or the lady that is now no longer there. They have become greedy with their money as the past 2 times i have been there my appointment was at 3 - at 5 i was still sitting waiting and no one even said sorry about the wait - I stood up and asked what was going on, to be told by Jack that they were short staffed and busy- WRONG. There are 4 chairs for nails and each chair had a member of staff. They don't say no to walk ins even when they have FULLY BOOKED APPOINTMENTS made by loyal customers. Therefore you end up waiting over 2 hours. Eventually my nails were done (rushed) no discount offered - and really rude service. I thought i'd give them another chance (silly me) last week Friday - booked for 5pm, turned up and Jack said the same rubbish - short staffed can't do it. Meanwhile accepting walk ins. Just looked at me like it was my fault as if to say- get out. Have told everyone i know i avoid this shop - they need to have a look at their customer service.
This place is amazing and so family friendly made both myself and daughter so welcome this place is now my go to nail salon !
