Have used this nail salon since I discovered it 15 months ago. Great staff, always busy but make time for everyone. Always greet customers with respect. Wouldn't go elsewhere now.
I had an appointment at 9 am on 24th October. I walked in and the first thing I noticed was that the staff were laughing. I sat down and the boy who sat in front of me was clearly confused. After an initial difficult interaction where I felt slightly mocked (I am 60), I noticed just how filthy it all was. A member of their staff a guy was standing in front of me using the equipment that was going to be used on a client clipping his nails that were falling all over the place. Once he finished he put the clippers back in the pot near me and left his nails on the floor. Another member of staff was using her equipment and sitting doing her nails. Neither of them cleaned the area before a client came in. The counters were filed with nail dust and dirt. Absolutely filthy. I just wanted to get out of there. The nails were average but I would go back but simply can’t go somewhere where cleaning is not done and they mock you. AVOID THIS SALON if you care about cleanliness or customer service.
Last week, I went to the salon to get my nails done, but unfortunately, I had a really bad experience. The nails were not done properly at all. The polish started coming off just a couple of days later, and several of my nails have already broken. I’m really disappointed with the quality of the service and definitely expected better results
Do not go, I went today for a nail repair, the man did my nail 3x thicker than my other nails, colour did not match my other nails. The man has made a big bump at the top. He has also made my nail very sore. After I noticed only cash, I said I didn’t have cash and that I was late for a very important meeting at 10:30 and that I would come back after my meeting. The owner went crazy in the shop screaming I had to pay £5 now. I went to the cash point gave her the money and told her she was out of order on speaking to me this way especially as the nail the boy did was totally wrong. Please never go and do not give them any business they Do Not Deserve it.
Less than 6 days shellac and already peeling! Don't bother, used to be ok but I think it's under new management. My nails feel so thin, won't be going back there again.
Love this place. It is the best nail salon I've ever been to. The quality is great across the board and surprisingly consistent among all the nail technicians. I can always get a last minute appointment and never have to wait when I go in.
I love going to this nail salon. Always clean and the technicians are so friendly and professional. Every time I come in with a vision of how I want my nails done they always do it exactly how the picture is. Price is very reasonable and the area is great

Absolutely brilliant for walk-ins. Very friendly place, get offered a hot or cold drink on arrival. Get a discount if you're a regular with their loyalty card. First class every time. Great choice of nail colours.
