   Had my nails done from this place as a short notice for my holiday. The girl i had to begin with had no clue what she was doing. She didnt know how to do ombre. She had the white thickened ro the point my nails looked horrible. At the beginning they said about paying first as theyve had customers not pay which should be paying after the nails was done so customers was happy. The other lady that knew what she was doing stepped in and took over and was telling the lady who cant do nails what to do. Should make sure all your staff are trained and knows what theyre doing. This would be the last il ever come and certainly will not recommend even though was rectified

   Do NOT get your nails done here. Nothing like what I asked for the shape or colour, despite showing them a video 5 times and confirming before I even sat in the chair that they could do the nails I wanted. I then agreed a different style once they had butchered the 1st attempt, this again was awful and not what I asked for. Manager also useless, he tried to 'fix' them and still awful. My cuticles and side of nails are cut to shreds and bleeding. I complained and they thought an £8 deduction would suffice. I'll be having them soaked off and redone tomorrow! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else!

   Very poor service. Nails weren’t done properly, broke up after two days. Rude staff. Made me come for a repair in the morning, then her boss had already an appointment and she shouted at me and humiliated me in store. I have changed salons now and my nails look great. I used to go there and I liked it, but 1st to get a poor service so I had make time to go back, then to ask to come next morning and then said she didn’t say it. Would be all ok, but shouting in store and embarrass me was enough. You cannot shout at customers.

   I've been coming to this salon for 18 years and the service has always been amazing. The staff are very talented, friendly and will bend over backwards to ensure you get the appointment you want. Christmas time you need to book early as they are so busy. Love this salon and wouldn't use anywhere else.

   Would never go back to this place again. All staff are very rude. Quality of nails was very poor. Once finished I asked nail technician if he had done two coats as I watched him only do 1 and I could see dark spots through the nude colour and didn’t even cover my full nail. He told me he had done two coats and I tried to show him my nails where the quality was poor and he told me to get my memory back because he had done two coats and refused to look at my nails. Very very rude man that runs this place. My mom did not like the colour but they made her get something she did not like as they had customers waiting so pushed us out in a hurry and did a bad job as if we weren’t paying customers. Will not be wasting my money here again

   Really friendly staff and a nice job on my pedicure! They were very kind to fit me in the same day I called and they gave me exactly what I wanted. N.B. It's cash only here, but there is a cash point outside the nearby Co-op.
