   Absolutely shocking, kept telling the guy over and over what I wanted and he ignored every single request, when it came to doing my toes he made me hold my legs up myself for over a hour instead of there being some sort of foot/leg rest Everytime I mentioned he was hurting me due to how much he was pulling me and applying pressure he did it all the more, been to this shop a few times and never had a issue until I had this man today!

   A wonderful place with wonderful people but not the experience, my experience was an unpleasant one, after not even 5 days the nail broke and the shape of the nails is not the same as any other. It was the first and last time I go to this salon.

   Nice place I saw lady whose English was pretty good. Overall was speedy didn't wait long to be seen. Went for builder gel to grow my own nails 5 days in chipped already one thumb doesn't feel to have as much gel as the other thumb and has chipped badly. Planning on going back to grt sorted and something different so if chip don't look as obvious. Bit disappointed as expected to last at least 3 weeks.

   Went here as I wanted some acrylic nails removing a bit ago and they were really rough and rude. They damaged my nails and the technician actually slammed my hand down at one point and hurt my wrist. I would never ever return. Loads better places in pontefract and the surrounding areas!

   Wrongly advertised opening times. Apparently open 9am - 7pm on Sunday on Google. Shop was closed, wasted journey.
