I usually go to Wakefield but today I decided to try this one inside Pontefract market as it is closer to me. The lady inside the shop already had a client in but she take walk ins. She asked what I wanted doing I said eye brow threading and upper lip threading. Eye brows and upper lip neat and clean...And she took more effort than where I go to in Wakefield... Usually after threading they clean and give you a mirror... After threading she trimmed the fray hairs which was a nice touch before cleaning down the area she threaded. Will be coming here now instead of Wakefield. Thank you
I’ve been coming for treatments for a while , usually brow shape and tint and lash lifts . Always really happy with the result! Had lash lift today and really pleased ! Great prices too . Highly recommend

Awful experience. After years of having lashes and eyebrows done I have never met anyone so unprofessional. Made my eyebrows extremely thin and darker than I had expected. I could feel the glue from my eyelashes. Never once tried to make any conversation, just spoke to colleague in their own language. That's fine but at least try talking to your customers! They paying you enough money
