   I have been a customer at several beauty salons but no where comes close to the Beauty Rooms Wakefield. The quality of beauty treatments and excellence of nail treatments far exceeds anything I have ever experienced before and in addition the beauticians are so professional, so organised and so welcoming - however I feel when I arrive at the Beauty Rooms I leave feeling on top of the world, great service, great product and great friends! I always look forward to my appointments and would not dream of booked anywhere else. Thank you so much Jo and Dee

   I've been using Jo at Beauty Rooms Wakefield for years now and would always highly recommend her. As I bloke I always try to avoid booking but when I pluck up the courage Jo has always made me feel welcome and comfortable. More often than not my bookings are last minute to fit around my work and no matter how disorganised I may be Jo always makes it fit for me. A******** Thanks James.

   I love coming to see Jo, she is just amazing so lovely to speak with. Most of all I love my nails I’ve always had short nails that did not look nice at all, but after seeing Jo for the past few months I now love my nails and how they look, she has made my hands look so pretty with how she has done my nails they are beautiful and I no longer need to hide my nails as they are great thank you so much.    Extremely poor! Felt as if I was in a cattle market. I asked how long a pedicure lasts 30-40 minutes. we were in and out in under 30 minutes. the service was atrocious, really rough when dealing with my cuticles, rushed massage and to top it off a hidden fee of £2 for the nail file and buffer! Will never return. Not like it used to be! Extremely overpriced.

   The standard of treatment and services I've received has always been excellent. The girls are warm and friendly and very helpful in giving advice on products and treatments. The salon is a lovely environment and I always leave feeling pampered and relaxed.

   Worst salon I have ever experienced. Looks nice and shiny but poor standards of customer service and some technicians need some serious training. Management response poor. I was given a refund for the sub standard work but then the manager rang and asked me to change my appointment to the person who had actually damaged my nails , despite being reassured I was in with another person who had left. Had to go to another salon as unable to offer me another appointment and found underneath the polish my nails were in a mess. Nightmare.
