I needed some Dental work doing as my tooth was feeling slightly sensitive, so I phoned Alex Jones Dentistry to make an appointment. As I was able to attend within a short period of time, I managed to be seen by the Dentist that same day.Thank you Very Much.
I came to Alex Jones Dentistry in Barnsley a few years ago when I decided I wanted Invisalign - the staff and the treatment are amazing. My teeth look perfect I get complements on them all the time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Massive thank you to the team in Penistone who could not have been more helpful in getting me an urgent appointment when i broke a tooth. Problem dealt with within a few hours of it occurring on a Friday and undoubtably saved me from a weekend of pain. Cannot thank them enough. Highly recommended.
Not a fan of dentists but this was a different experience and a really pleasant one. Attentive, professional and friendly. Kept me fully informed before doing anything and great support through the process. Not as bad an experience as my earlier years had me thinking. In fact the complete opposite. Alex Jones dental practice are true professionals. All staff are friendly and make sure that you are relaxed and prepared for your treatment. Drew Winstanley, the dental surgeon is thorough and clearly explains all processes of the procedure. I am half way through my implant/bridge replacement and would fully recommend the practice!
I am a patient at this wonderful practice for implants and veneers , this is my first visit for a hygienist appointment , something I used to dread at my previous dental practice , wow what a surprise no sensitivity on my teeth at all and an outstanding result with my lovely clean teeth , the hygienist Aniesa was fabulous put me totally at ease and advised what colour brushes to use after the clean, the dental nurse Holly was equally as good and very reassuring throughout my treatment. Had my first filling for many a year and Laura put this quivering wreck quickly at ease with her amiable manner. Courteous and professional can't praise highly enough and I won6 be filled with such trepidation next time The whole practice is fantastic having had implants fitted by Alex a couple of years ago. The whole procedure was fully and carefully explained and his work is second to none.
I’ve always been very happy with the dentistry services at both locations of Alex Jones Dentistry. Recently, I had a deep filling repaired by Paula at the Barnsley practice. She was excellent at explaining what she was doing at all times, and constantly checking in with me to make sure I was at ease and comfortable. The procedure was quick and the filling will now last several more years. Once again, I felt that I was in a safe pair of hands at this dentist practice.
I have been a patient of this practice for a few years when I had dental implants with Alex fabulous Dentist Alex is . More recently i had a bad dental injury i have been seeing Drew through this process which has been traumatic but Drews kindness and patience has been a great relief to me. My recent procedure for root canals fillings on my damaged front teeth was carried out by Matt a truly wonderful Dentist and the lovely dental nurse Chelsea Was with me Chelsea is just fantastic at het job they both listened to my fears and anxiety but yet encouraging me to get the treatment done so I can move onto my veneer treatment with Drew. Kerry the receptionist is fantastic the first person you see when walking in thank you keeping me calm I appreciate this a lot, The whole team here are amazing I appreciate that I can be myself at this practice and they fully understand my fears working around this alongside me Greatly appreciated Jude Hunter
