My first time going to a salon in years and it was a lovely experience! MJ was fantastic, she had lots of great insights and advice and she made me feel very comfortable. I had a colour and cut, and the colour is gorgeous, and the cut is honestly the perfect length. Just what I needed, I’ll definitely be back. :-)
Just started as a new client today, had a cut and blow dry with Ruzma and it was amazing. Have been looking for a new hairdressers and I’m so happy with here, the place is lovely and everyone is so friendly and make you feel so comfortable, will definitely be booking here again in the future
First time visit and I am thrilled with my restyle with Laura. Lovely setting - cinema chairs that recline for having your hair washed. Laura was superb. I'd lost my enthusiasm about my hair after my thyroid diagnosis and just left my hair to grow out. Laura was so kind and thoughtful - gave me lots of reassurance and was super respectful asking how much I would be willing to have chopped off - so to speak. The result is I feel like me again. I love my restyle and can't wait to come back to see what Laura does next!
I visited this salon yesterday for the first time. I was abit nervous as it’s not easy to find a good hairdresser who listens. However I was really happy, my appointment was with Rosie who is lovely. I had my colour regrow the, cut and blow dry done. I couldn’t believe the match in the root colour which blends perfectly with the highlights I am waiting to grow out. Rosie listened to what I wanted, I discussed a few health issues relating to my hair with her and really felt she understood. I came out after a great experience and very happy with my cut & blow dry too. I felt that everyone was nice, they treated me nicely and had a lovely latte coffee as well. I would recommend the salon and especially Rosie to anyone looking for a new hairdressers. What I also liked was that I didn’t feel forced into booking again on leaving although I will be so no worries there. Thankyou x
So you want your hair to look like it’s not been attacked by a sword wielding psycho? You want your hair styled by someone who looks at how you look not how they think you should? You want to sit in a comfortable environment with a coffee, relaxing in the knowledge you will look and feel great? I love this hairdressers, definitely not a drive by barbers and worth paying for a style that still looks great a month later.
Today I had my hair cut at a salon I have never been to before, now I have to say I have been looking for a " Good" hairdressers for years and I think I have found it right on my doorstep. Now I give good and bad criticism and I use social media to share my experiences " honestly " . The lady that cut my hair made me feel so comfortable she listened to everything I wanted and definitely delivered. Staff couldn't do enough for their customers. The salon is absolutely beautiful and spotless so modern. I just want to say Thank You Karen for your great hospitality and amazing talent at cutting hair.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve been going to Room 97 for well over 10 years and can’t speak more highly of the team and the service they give! Over the years I’ve had a number of the team cut and style my hair, but I especially love getting booked in with Karen or Sasha, as they always do such an amazing job! From start to finish they make you feel so welcome and comfortable in the salon - I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Wow! Just wow! I went here as a recommendation from a friend. The salon was so welcoming and friendly and the staff couldn't do enough for you. It's been a very, very long time since I've been to a salon that offers such friendly service and attentiveness. If you want somewhere to go for your hair doing where they listen to exactly what you want and give you a full pampering, then this is the place to go.
