   Thought I should leave a review as there are some bad ones! I went last weekend and both members of staff were really nice and polite. I Just had shellac nails, they are very neat and the lady did exactly how I wanted them - will be going back :)

   Absolutely disgusting! The nails I had done yesterday were like a kid had done them. I said I wasn't happy to have two chinese men screaming at me sit down were taking them off so I said ok. They carried on getting very aggressive. I rang the police and made a statement. The style I asked for the lady changed when I got in the shop she said try it another way and I said I didn't like it so they wanted to take the nails off. The staff are very rude and aggressive they advertise styles they cant fo. The airbrush style they cant either white h is advertised in there window. I've been coming here a year and I've seen rude abrupt behaviour from staff. There not hygienic. They don't wash hands on between doing peoples toes to hands. The men are rough and every time one of the men have done them they snap off and they wont give you a free repair. You have to pay even though it's there mistake.

   Went to get my own nails shellac, i asked for a french tip, the woman prepped my nails then started putting the white tip on so i asked for a nude-ish colour underneath to give it that gloss effect, she was new and said yes she would put 1 thin layer on, after she finished the owner kim i think started speaking in her own language and screaming at the woman, then the woman said its going to be £3 more as its 2 colours well if it cost me £15 and they were only trying to paint the tip white i shouldve been charged a third of the cost. My sisters nails were done by a man and 2 were bent and he was quite rough with her. He told her to stop using her phone then stopped midway to answer his phone from behind the counter. My niece asked for a colour they said no wont look good found out its because they never had it. Overall staff are rude the nails are ok but dont look high standard, pricing is reasonable but personally i wouldn’t go back. Place also seemed dingy and dirty

   IF I COLD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD! the service is appalling, quite disgusting to be very honest, they don’t clean products in between clients, the shop is filthy. I haven’t even had my nails On a week and u have been back twice for them to resolve the issue I asked for a refund the first time because of how unhappy I was with the service and the finish, they would not refund me but instead Insisted it was my fault ! Went back for a final time today because 6 nails fell off and 4 snapped in the space of 5 days! Disgusting!! There English skills are very poor you can barely understand what they are saying so they point and shout, honestly the list goes on ! They are also racist and vile! Don’t waste your money. Don’t waste your time! Go else where ladies!
