   A friend recommended Lauren to me. I train jiu-jitsu and I have had on going issues with my lower back. I booked a 1 hour massage, and asked for the focus to be on my top and lower back. The session was brilliant, and a great deal of effort was put into removing the knots in my back. Today my back feels the best it has in a very long time. I would highly recommend!

   I have been going to this salon for 6 months and have enjoyed every treatment I have had. Lauren is very caring and competent and professional. I had my 3 grandchildren staying with me for a week and we did all sorts of activities. By far the best thing they did was to each have an hours treatment and they all came away glowing, relaxed and delighted. They are aged 18, 15 and 14. All had a 30 minute back massage, one had a dermalogica facial, the other a leg and foot massage with exfoliation and finally a head and shoulder massage with a Hopi ear candle. They were on a high for the rest of the day. I am taking them again before they go back to school and college. Thank you Lauren for giving them the best morning of our week.

   Lauren is a young enterprising lady who is delightful. I had bought a Groupon voucher for 3 treatments but due to my work kept letting her down. She was so kind and really went the extra mile to accommodate me. The 3 treatments were for a massage, facial and leg and foot scrub. Her room is clean and so inviting. She worked hard and I was there for 1.5 hours and honestly what a wonderful way to de-stress which didn’t break the bank. Excellent service and she certainly will be part of my monthly de-stress regimen. Thank you

   I came to Lauren for a surprise of my amazing nay, as we stayed in Leeds for a night and I was not disappointed, Lauren is such a friendly welcoming person and so professional and makes you feel totally at ease, I had a 60 min massage, facial, pedicure. The massage was unreal and again professional you can feel how passionate Lauren is at her work it all flowed. I feel amazing and stress free.
