I went into the salon today as my long hair needed a trim and bringing back to life. Ayesha did a brilliant job washing, cutting styling and putting layers back into it. I will definitely go back . Kat
Last Thursday, I had my hair color appointment at this salon. I had also paid a deposit a month ago. My appointment was at 9:00 am and when I arrived, the door was closed and her staff came at 9:15 and she didn't have a key. I waited for two hours behind the door in bad weather. This lady and her staff did not even apologize to me behaved rudely with me and cancelled my appointment at the end. And when I called them, why did they cancel my appointment and treat me like this? They shouted at me and blocked my number. And during these two hours, when I was waiting behind the door, her staff said that she was coming now in the traffic. The day I had my appointment, this lady insisted that I be there at 9 o'clock, and I took a day off from work because of the appointment she gave me a month ago, but they cancelled my appointment without any reason or apology. I do not recommend this salon to anyone, they do not know service and customer service at all
Just moved to the area & had my first hair cut here by Lydia. Really lovely place, great hair cut & friendly staff & customers - lovely vibe. Got eyelash tinted too - great price. Will return.
I went for full face waxing yesterday. Someone with less experience did my upper lip part, it was terrible. She did it very slow and more painful. I had bruise around my lips and even told them - they replied it will go away in an hour or two. But no, it got worse today. It has turned black and looks like my skin got ripped off and I have a party to attend this evening with the bruised face.
Visited the salon for a brown to blonde balayage which Lydia did a brilliant job of, really lifting dark colour to a very light almost white colour in one session. The blend between the colours is excellent and I would recommend Lydia to anyone wanting this service.
Amazing salon, amazing service with very good attention to detail , best hairstylist i have ever used.Friendly ,lovely owner and staff . Made me feel really comfortable and nice .This was my 1st visit and there will be more in upcoming months. I am so happy with my new hair style ,everyone is giving me so many compliments. Prices are very reasonable and you will definitely not disappointed. Highly recommend
AS I am now finding it difficult to keep up to looking after my feet I decided to book myself in for a pedicure at The Beauty Palace. I have to say the experience was fabulous, the young lady worked really really hard and now my feet look fabulous. I was so pleased with the results that I went back again a couple of days later to have my eyebrows threaded. Everyone at the salon is sooo friendly and pleasant and they provide a very professional service. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I will certainly be returning. Thank you very much ladies.
I am really happy with my hair! Lydia is amazing at her job and couldn’t do enough for me. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Beautiful salon would highly recommend.
