   Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at this salon. I brought my younger sister, who has never been to a nail salon before, and her first experience was disappointing. I was particularly upset by the way we were spoken to, especially my sister. She is a shy young girl who struggles in social situations. The staff member who was doing her nails spoke to her in a rude and dismissive manner. When I pointed out that her nails were not being done correctly, the technician responded to my sister by saying, “Why didn’t you say anything?” This was inappropriate, as my sister is young and did not want to feel like a burden to someone who was supposed to be providing a service. Additionally, during the appointment, the technician cut my sister’s fingers. This was not handled with care or concern, which added to how uncomfortable the experience felt. Once her nails were finished, the technician abruptly told her to “go sit over there,” so that she and her colleagues could sit together, chat, and eat biscuits at the salon table. This behavior came across as unprofessional. While light conversation between colleagues is understandable, the amount of chatting throughout the appointment was excessive. The staff repeatedly stopped working, leaned over to talk, and engaged in unprofessional conversations while providing services. Due to this lack of focus and attention to detail, my sister’s nails were not completed to an acceptable standard. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, and unwelcoming—especially for a young client visiting a salon for the first time.

   really nice nails happy with them look cute. however found the woman was rude to me at times and made me feel uncomfortable. she did cut me quite a few times and in response i flinched and she rudely told me to relax. despite that happy with the nails just wasn’t happy with the service x

   I got my nails done on 23.06.2025, I paid £45 but they are done very badly, it took a long time, I should mention that I did it with shellac, they are not smooth at all A cover even came off my nail and I had to do it myself at home.

   Awful ,kept stopping to do others eyebrows. Gel Polish is badly applied and lumpy I asked her to redo 3 of worst nails then gave up as took 1.5 hours.No prices displayed and charged £30 and will need to go elsewhere to get redone!

   PLEASE READ : I am happy with the salon in general and going there pretty much all the time (apart from avoiding 1x lady)when Im in white rose shopping centre. My only problem is hygiene - When Im there 3-4 ladies working in there at the same time amd sometimes even owner is there and they are just standing around, talking instead of givimg the place good clean. Everything is very dusty, dirty from colours etc and to sit in there and relax is impossible . I wouldnt let my employees to look after the place that way and to sit and not doing anything if they are free. Please improve! - NEW*****I ve been there again since I have wrote the review - no improvement and the place is messy not really hygienic - girls do yourself favour DO NOT GO IN THERE! I had to scrape my eyebrows off as soon as I went back home on Sunday 26.3 until one of them bleed. I didnt take a picture but the lady “new lady “working in there she has no idea how to do eyebrows and my 8years old niece will do a better job SERIOUSLY not a joke. This is my first review ever as I normally dont do that but I felt like I have to warn you all to stay away.

   I came for threading, tinting and Removal and redo of nails... The ladies here were very unprofessional. I had my eyebrow threaded which the lady who did so also nipped and clipped my skin causing me to have red cuts for next few days and scab then instead of start tinting the lady who was supposed to be doing busy in conversation with someone who is neither customer or staff. And got distracted and forgot I wanted threading. When it came to her resuming my tinting after me reminding her once her conversation was done she went ahead to tint my eyebrows putting on the dye thicker than my brows and managing to get dye on my forehead and cheek... I later asked for this fixed. But in the end the dye didn't last 1 week and I still had stain on my forehead and cheek after leaving. Onto nails. The technician did a good job. Nothing amazing. Bust talking with people who were not customers or staff...my nails ended up uneven like the acrylic on nail bed is bumpy...and didn't paint all the way around tips evenly for my manicure. I will not be spending my money or time here again as the service was so terrible. 1 star would not recommend. No refunds.

   Shocking service my daughter went for her nails doing for her 18th birthday. They said to take a picture with her for them to copy but what she came out with wasn't anything like and they made her feel uncomfortable fir saying she didn't like them..there's a no refund policy so she went somewhere else to sort them out.. TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE MANICURIST. Avoid at all cost.

   Awful manicures! Paid £50 for me to have gel nails and my daughter a French manicure, both started peeling off the next day. My nails were left in a hideous state and I had to go to a different salon to have them saved and redone. Photo says it all - this was two days after having gel nails done. The second photo is my gel nails I had done at a different salon after three WEEKS. Stay well away, I’m not even sure these people are qualified
