   AVOID!! I have been here a few times, you need to agree your price before they start as they seem to make it up as they go! The prices advertised are not what they charge! I won't be returning again after this morning, I made an appointment for infill on my toes priced £20.00 on booking. I paid £30.00 for white tips for my holiday an just wanted infills, just been quoted £35.00 for infills on my toes!! They obviously don't want to keep regular customers!!

   I’ve been a loyal customer of this nail salon for many years and thought it was about time I left them a review. I have always had consistently excellent experiences. The team here is not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the things I appreciate most is how they rotate staff based on their particular strengths—so whether I want a classic look or a really intricate, complex design, there’s always someone who can deliver exactly what I’m looking for. I often ask for detailed nail art and they always rise to the challenge, taking time to make sure I’m happy with the result. The atmosphere in the salon is warm and professional. I’ve always felt comfortable and valued as a customer, and the staff go out of their way to make sure everyone feels at ease. They are attentive to detail, listen carefully to what I want, and check in throughout the process to make sure I’m satisfied. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed, and I’ve always left with nails I absolutely love. The staff have always been respectful and courteous, and I’ve never witnessed or experienced anything unprofessional. On the contrary, they are always eager to help and make sure every customer leaves happy. I’ve noticed a comment about children in the salon, and I just wanted to add that the owner’s daughter, who is only six, is only occasionally present. When she is there, she’s always a delight—polite, friendly, and never disruptive. In all my years coming here, her presence has never affected the quality of service or the relaxing atmosphere and she brightens up a visit to the shop! If you’re looking for a salon that combines technical skill, creativity, and genuine customer care, I can’t recommend this place enough. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I didn’t trust them completely with my nails. Thank you to the whole team for years of great service!

   I was asked to make a review after my nails were completed and I agreed.. I'll give my honest review. I would completely avoid this shop by all means. I asked for a design which looks nothing like what I asked for. I also felt humiliated by the male that did my nails. He kept looking at my fingers and laughing while pushing them sidewards to 'make the straight' he said "don't worry I do straight for you" how disrespectful. He proceeded to speak in his language being very unprofessional and getting someone else to look over. I came for a service, not to be humiliated at the fact my fingers werent perfectly in line. I paid and didn't say anything due to not having the confidence to say I wasn't happy. Obviously leaving the shop feeling extremely disappointed. I would completely AVOID!!!

   I always go here always great nails great service however sometimes they tell you one price and then they change it, I showed a picture of what I wanted, “exactly the same I said” the woman said 41£ then half way through she came to me asked to see the picture again and said 50£ not entirely sure why as it’s the same exact picture I showed her when I first came in so just be aware of that as it’s rather annoying (update) the chrome nails that I got started to chip within a day, I called up to get them redone and the manager pulled up my quite honest but still nice review saying “this is you? Why did you right this?” and told me to remove it as if reviews aren’t base on honest experiences so I told her it’s still a good review and you should just take the constructive criticism onboard, anyways after my nail touch up I left another day later the chrome came peeling off even more than before and so I emailed her asking to be reimbursed or have another design put on that’s not chrome for free, and I didn’t get a reply, I waited 3 days for a reply and didn’t hear anything back. So I’m writing this review and ending my relationship with this nail store giving the fact the manager handled this problem so poorly instead of accepting the 4 start review for what it was I was hassled into taking it down (which I did not) this store is good for the most part I haven’t really had any issues with my actual nails other than this time with this chrome since iv been going here however professionalism and care are low iv been man handled and cut a few times and they all collectively have you write a good review IN FRONT OF THEM after you pay in the store they continuously tell you “write review now please do it now right now” instead of trusting their customers to write a review later on as people are busy and have things to do, they do pressure you into writing good reviews as they want it done while you’re still in the store. I will not be returning here. As you can see the black nail is what goes underneath the chrome they put on top and this is what it looks like after 4 days of having the chrome put on and redone

   Had my nails done here today they didn't speak to me throughout the whole process and kept swapping people they also didn't do the design I wanted won't be going back here again I paid 33 for a design I didn't even want First 2 pics what I got last pic what I wanted They also left one nail with no top coat so had to buy my own topcoat to do it

   Had infills charged a lot of money which I have never paid over £25 any where. made fingers sore thumb bled won't be going here again. nails look horrible. Thought I would support local business. Very rude got no manners. Fuming when a staff member said she is wearing coco chanel. Yes I can understand you.
