   Bill and Jaana successfully saved my tooth. My dentist wanted to extract the tooth when it was still hurting after my root canal but Bill managed to save it. Bill’s expertise and attention to detail were evident. Jaana is awesome, from the moment I spoke to her on the phone I felt really welcomed and well cared for. Bill and Jaana made what is usually a very stressful and anxious experience for me completely smooth and reassuring. I wish I could see you guys for all of my dental work. Thanks for saving my tooth.

   Had a very exceptional experience at Seddonendo. Everyone has heard horror stories regarding root canal but nothing could be further from the truth. From first contact with Jaana to discuss & book an appointment to the explanations throughout the treatment all done with extreme professionalism both from Bill & Jaana.    I had EXACTLY the same experience as Leigh Croft. This dentist is the epitome of why people are frightened of seeing a dentist. He was cold, rude and totally not to visit if you’re at all nervous. His nurse was lovely.

   My partner went for root canal correction and called me as soon as she left the practice, in tears. Dr Seddon was rude and patronising throughout her visit and made her feel stupid for asking questions that I imagine most dental professionals would answer without any issue. If you are paying a lot of money for treatment then I wouldn’t expect to be made to feel so upset that there’s no alternative but to cry. Abysmal.

   My experience with Seddonendo was honestly superb. The first call with Jaana put me completely at ease with deciding to go ahead with treatment, she’s very caring and extremely good at explaining what will happen in such a way that you’re almost looking forward to your appointment. I was extremely lucky to be seen in a couple of days and the treatment itself was honestly incredible, Bill used a jaw rest which stopped all the pain from holding my mouth open and there was a special cover which went over my tooth and stopped any bits or chemicals going into my mouth.I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever. I did spend a few minutes expecting pain but gave up waiting for it! Even the anesthetic injections were painless. Bill was extremely reassuring throughout the procedure to the point that it was almost difficult to stay awake. Once it was over I tried to beat the anesthetic in order to get home before it wore off but I shouldn’t have worried, when I realised it had worn off I realised I had no pain at all, and again the next morning I feel completely fine. I cannot rate the service I got enough, I spent four months in pain with my tooth and it’s all been taken away in an hour or so. Thank you both so much.

   Bill's practice is first class. I'm not a fan of having dentistry work, but who is! But Bill & his wife out me at ease for my first root canal. I'd heard horror stories about the procedure but he made it seem straight forward. The chair is very comfortable and the absence of arms meant that I was more relaxed, unable to hold the arms! The treatment was sensibly priced & very competitive.
